The Lightskin girl w blonde hair at the front desk is rude to me everytime I come in here. She complains that she has to type my number into the computer WHEN ITS HER JOB TO DO SO IF I DONT HAVE A BARCODE , she always has something smart to say tho she works this minimum wage job , she should do a better job ! I don’t belittle her or say anything out the way bad unwelcoming energy is what keeps me out of this location , which refrains me from bringing my daughter or wife ! La fitness needs better front desk staff w respectful and great attitudes

I have to agree with the poor customer service comments about the front desk. AWFUL! They don’t speak where you come in and when they do it feels condescending and forced. I hope management listens to the reviews and does a complete overhaul of their staff. Sales team too. Or maybe corporate needs to come in and do it themselves. This should be one of the elite LA Fit locations, considering it’s across the street from Phipps Plaza!!!! Class should reflect class…not trash. I keep going because of Juan Carlos’s Zumba class. He’s AWESOME! Big shout out to him. Nothing else is redeemable there.

The best LA fitness there is in Atlanta! Rhe staff and trainers are very pleasant & friendly! Shout out to Nick who was my trainer and Simeon who's the manager! The place is always clean and it's one of the few places with a sled!

I’ve been working out at this gym since 2015. They always have staff around the clock to ensure that the environment is clean. The front desk , to the trainers and staff are always friendly. Mike at the front desk is the coolest and during his time there he’s been nothing but professional and helpful! Coming from someone who’s been to most of the LA Fitnesses in locations in the city , I would only recommend this location. TRUST ME!

Absolutely amazing love this gym Mike the new manager is so amazing It always clean and everyone is so nice to me asking about my day and other things
