Kyle'S Bright Beginnings

I was very disappointed to learn about the structure of the infant program at this childcare facility. Several friends of mine toured the center and shared concerning details about how the infant rooms are run. According to what they were told, infants are split into three rooms (0–6 months, 0–12 months, and 6–17 months), yet all infant rooms are placed on the same daily schedule and are only allowed one nap per day. This is deeply troubling and developmentally inappropriate. Infants do not function on a one-size-fits-all schedule. Babies rely on individual wake windows and cues, and their sleep needs vary greatly depending on age and development. Forcing infants to remain awake to match a center-wide nap schedule appears to prioritize staff convenience and “quiet time” over the well-being of the children. Sleep is critical for infant development. Overtired babies often sleep worse, become increasingly fussy, and are harder to soothe and settle. Consistently disrupting an infant’s natural sleep rhythm can negatively impact mood, growth, and overall development. A quality infant program should follow baby-led schedules, not impose rigid routines that ignore basic developmental needs. Based on what was shared with me, this program raises serious concerns, and I would strongly encourage parents to ask detailed questions about infant sleep policies before enrolling.

I am a mom of two at the time they wete 6mon and 2yr old. My kids were in foster care at the time . We were in another school that had left my foster son at the time outside by him self for 10 minutes so I needed to find another daycare. When I found kbb I talked to stacy about if they had space for my kids and my fear of leaving them in a daycare because of previous experience. Stacy talked to me for like an hour to assure me that my baby's would be safe! The day she called me she said i have an openings for your babies. Great! I was so nervous to leave them but their teachers and stacy made it so easy. Them gave me the run down and sent me pictures and up date regularly. I love KBB as time went on they worked with me on my kids schedules due to me having to put both of my babies In therapy and made it stress free for me! My kids love walking in to school every day! They go in and are greeted by all the teacher's and staff. I love that they have codes on all doors going in and out of the school. I love that the teachers help me with things my kids have to do in therapy such as positive relationships, sencery, exercises, and most of all making my kids and I feel safe and cared for... my kids are thriving and are so loved. Thank you to all the staff for making this so easy for us. I don't know what I would do with out yall.

KBB has been by far the best daycare I have had the pleasure of using. My child who will be 4 in May started last year and it was the best decision I’ve made for him. The staff and teachers are so supportive and caring. They have been such a great influence on him and his cousin who also goes there. I can’t wait for my youngest son to be able to see experience the same influences.

I am over joyed to have found an opening here for my child. My baby did not have a good experience at a previous daycare and KBB has been just so awesome! There is clear communication with staff and updates throughout the day with pictures and all. They prepare your child for school getting them into a routine and helping them learn every step of the way. There is parent-staff meetings, open houses and holiday parties and activities. And I cannot begin to explain how caring the staff is. They are wonderful and I can tell they enjoy their jobs! When people enjoy what they do the results are great for everyone involved. KBB was great for all 3 of my kiddos. Today was our last day due to us moving out of state. But if I could take KBB with me I would in a heartbeat. They did wonders for my kids and helped them grow into the awesome kiddos they are. We love KBB and all the teachers and staff! Much love KBB from PDH
