Kyddie Karnival 24hour Learning Academy

DON’T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE, the director is extremely unprofessional and shady. We made an arrangement for me to pay the facility $490 biweekly, Brittney claimed to have only received 1 payment out the 2 I made, she refused to review the CAMERA POINTED DIRECTLY AT THE MONEY BOX WHERE PAYMENT IS DEPOSITED. My son constantly was coming home in different girl clothes and hungry even though I provide his own clothes and food. I received a call from work on day telling me their power went out and my mom came and picked him up 40 mins prior, I had no knowledge of it until my mom called me herself, assuming I knew and gave her permission. I didn’t and they failed to properly identify her, she could’ve been anyone picking up my baby. The morning shift and night shift had zero communication when it came to child care between them, if I had a question about his day there weren’t any records of it nor could staff tell me exactly what happened. Losing $490 and my son’s daycare all in one day was an extreme hardship, especially being a single mother. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all cost!!!!

My great nephew Rashad attends this school. He has learned so much in the last 2 years. The cirruculum is so good.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!! Nothing but alot of young females working there. Which they are very unprofessional. The director is never in sight they always have to call her for something. Every two weeks my kids had different teachers. Not to mention I feel like they was using my daughter's diapers & wipes on other children. Almost every 3 days my daughter needed more diapers... They are all very rude always have a attitude about something! I always found out about activities last minute.. No one ever communicated with me about anything. Very glad I got my kids out of there when I did!

I loved Kyddie Karnival. My son Noah had been a student here since he was about 4 months, he was 2 when he stopped attending. I truly didn’t have any complaints. They always kept me up to speed with Noah's care from wet diapers to how much he was eating to what he was learning. Any incident that has happened, I received a prompt phone call & received an incident report. Any time they thought he might not be feeling well, I was informed. The "Hi Mama" app is also amazing, which made it even easier for me to watch what my child is doing in their care & knowing what he needs as far as supplies or upcoming events, cancellations, and "No School" days. About a year ago I found out my son has Autism so I decided for him to attend elsewhere along with my daughter. But my personal experience with them was fine.

HOW ARE YOU GUYS GETTING PAID FROM THE STATE AND YOUR NOT OPEN 24 hours I just left there to drop my child off and your closed just couple days ago you guys owner attitude was horrible my child goes full day and you guys blew my phone up knowing when I put a specific time on the application u guys still tried to get me to get my child at an early time when I wasn’t even off work very unprofessional I will be finding another daycare and reporting
