K'S Kids Learning Center INC

Both of my boys go to K’s and we absolutely love it! I pulled my boys out of other daycare that was trying to tell me my one year old at the time couldn’t have his paci. And many other reason. Since my boys have started they have loved it. Every one of the teachers love my boys like their own. I recommend them all the time. When the daycare stays full speaks for itself!

K’s Kids Learning Center has been a staple in my family for the last decade. All 4 of my kids attended, and my youngest still attends in the summer. The teachers are attentive, and the director, Kecia Love, is nurturing, knowledgeable, and responsive. There is a lot to be said when a facility feeds, assists with homework, and provides life skills for the youth. I can not thank the K’s Kids enough for being a pillar of support for my family.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 4 or 5 months old and we never had any problems until recently. The teacher is young, uneducated, lacks discipline and don’t know how to handle children. She hit my daughter in the back with a ruler and hit her in the lip and because my husband went to the daycare and was highly upset, they advocated for the teacher instead of my child who was clearly abused. They don’t care about the kids period. My baby was kicked out of school for no reason. This school needs to be closed. The new Director doesn’t know what she’s doing. She’s uneducated, lacks discipline and very unprofessional. Do not attend this school. Take your kids elsewhere. Those who do attend, withdraw your kids immediately!

This daycare does not advocate for the kids. They only care about themselves and money. They’re very unprofessional and don’t have any clue about running a daycare. They also don’t have cameras in the classrooms which is required by state law. I love the actual owners, Mr. And Mrs. Parker but the Director(their daughter) does not know how to run a business. I hate the ensured the nature of their business to her. She has poor communication skills, lack of knowledge and poor judgment. Do not entrust your kids to the school. My daughter was abused and they kicked her out of school because we, her parents, were very upset.

I called on 2 separate occassions asking availability for my son. I was told both times they had a spot for him. I told them I would be by later that day to check out the place. When we got there, I was told to wait while they got someone. I started looking around and saw the many students that had attended the daycare. Out of hundreds of students, I noticed only 1 Caucasion girl in any of the pictures. I was greeted by a lady named Kesha. She immediately told me she wouldn't have anything open until the end of July. I couldn't help but think it had something to do with my race. I quickly told her there must have been a miscommunication because I was told over the phone twice there were openings. They even gave me their fax number to fax over shot records. That being said, Kesha started arguing that they didn't have any openings. I was done at this point. I would have never put my son in that daycare. I left and was putting my son in the car when Kesha says to herself or someone that I had a "Nasty attitude". I felt it could have been so much worse had I not left when I did. I never once mentioned race even though that's all I was think about. I get a call from someone from the daycare explaining there was a mix up and they have all races that attend their daycare. I told them that I was offended and didn't care to have anymore conversations with them. I hope my short and unpleasant experience helps whomever is looking for a daycare and reads this. Wish I was warned.
