This has to be the most unorganized daycare. The front desk NEVER has anyone at it to help you. It has a phone number for you to call for help but it just rings and rings while you are standing at the window for help because it’s the office phone where there’s NEVER anyone sitting at. The absolute worse front desk I’ve ever seen. The children’s info is left in the open on the desk for everyone to see (their name, address, phone number, etc). And don’t bother to call and leave a message because they never call back. There was 2 teacher staff members that came to help, but the director would never come help. All she did was send someone else to the front desk to say was come back tomorrow. 👎🏻👎🏻
my daughters been going here for a little over a month and it’s great, the staff is super nice and friendly, we get daily reviews on how her day was, i’m always seeing them cleaning every time at pickup, they have small classes and seem to have a very good system
Facility wasn't clean, staff stayed on cell phones dropping off and picking up, had an incident occur and explained my concerns to the owner and the director called and chewed me out. She was sure to let me know that her boss LOVED her and she wasn't going anywhere, i was just worried about my baby!
Great place for your kids to learn and grow. Janna, the Director, is always looking at ways to improve the center and staff. Friendly and family oriented.
