I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my family’s experience. One of the staff members, Rhonda, is extremely rude and dismissive, so much so that the children, including my siblings, are terrified of her. This is very concerning in a place that should feel safe and supportive for kids. On top of that, the daycare claimed to be “holding” my brother’s spot while our family was out of town and charged us for two full months. Then, only weeks later, they informed us that he was no longer accepted due to his age. It feels like they just wanted the money, which comes across as very sketchy and unprofessional. My mom has also had trouble with their new online payment system. Instead of providing guidance and support, the staff basically told her to “figure it out” and insisted no one else has had issues. That is not the way families should be treated. As someone who has worked in healthcare for over 7 years, I am shocked by the level of dismissiveness, lack of compassion, and poor professionalism shown here. This is definitely not the right place for children if you want them cared for with patience, kindness, and respect.

Both my girls go here and love it. The director and teachers are very nice and accommodating! Very clean, friendly, and organized. Would def recommend !
