So my children, 4 months and 2 years, went to this facility for a week. My toddler sons teacher was great! But the nursery.. where do I begin??? First off, the two woman caring for my baby were so down right rude, would not even acknowledge me when I walked in to drop her off. She along with all the other babies were left in bouncers, unattended to. I firmly believe that the only time my infant daughter was touched all day was when they were changing her diaper. The nursery workers were so cold, didn't smile play or laugh with the kids .Just horrible. I couldn't stand to send my poor daughter to a place where it was obvious she was unwanted. there was one time when I picked her up in the afternoon and she was face-down on the floor without even a blanket underneath her. and then a second time I walked in and she was in a bouncer facing away from the other teachers and children towards a window strapped in the bouncer and was face-down twisted around in the bouncer. Unacceptable. They do not hold the babies to feed them. They do not hold the babies period. If you want your babies to be in a friendly, loving, nurturing place, this would not be your go to.

I took my 4 month old daughter here 5 times. She was only part time 2 days a week on Thursday and Friday's from 8:30-5:30. The last day I took her I packed 4 bottles for her. She came home with 2 full bottles and her paper they fill out when they feed her and change her, it said she had been fed 5 bottles. My daughter is breast fed and I pump when I am at work. She had horrible stomach pains and horrible gas after coming home that day. The whole thing makes me furious. It disgust me to think about whose milk she drank and if the bottle was clean to my standards and to think about what baby didn't get fed because they gave their milk to my child. I would continue to look else where for child care rather than take your child here. I only gave one star because that's the lowest you can give to post a review.

I took my daughter there for less than a day and will NEVER bring her back. The staff was extremely rude when I came for a tour, I assumed it was because it was nap time (though I asked when was a good time to come for this exact reason). I was not given a proper tour and was barely spoken to. They quite honestly seemed shocked that I asked for an application. There is little to no security and no friendliness at drop off. I told them her schedule and that her giraffe in her diaper bag will make the transition a little easier. Upon pickup less then 5 hours later my child had not slept, she didn't have her giraffe, and was screaming her head off, the staff had "just put her down because she wouldn't stop screaming". So as opposed to commiting themselves to their job and helping a scared little girl settle in, they chose to let her scream because they didn't want to deal with it. I've never been more disgusted.

I would not recommend for infants. I wish I would have read the other google reviews prior to putting my infant here. My son went to their other facility for Pre-K and it was great, but I'm not impressed by their infant childcare standards at this location. I only had my daughter here for 2 days because I couldn't stand the thought of leaving her here for the full week. If I didn't have to work, I wouldn't have left her there the 2nd day, but I was in a bind. I don't know what the programming for infants is, but my child is 10, almost 11 months. The first day I came in to pick her up at 5:30pm, she was strapped into a rocker chair. The second day I picked her up at 4:30pm and she was in a rocker chair again. I have not put my child in a bouncer or chair since she was 6 months old. It just seems like the staff doesn't really interact with the infants, and it is just easier for them to leave them to self soothe/self entertain. 1- the facility did not communicate with me what the rules are for feeding. They told me I needed to fill out a infant feeding plan. In this plan it states that they will provide formula and I just needed to provide bottles. Come Monday morning the room teacher told me that I needed to bring in pre-made bottles, with the date and name on them (none of which was mentioned during the tour or on any of the 40 pages I filled out during the application process). I did bring formula in the canister and a bottle just in case the infant feeding plan paperwork I filled out was inaccurate, but they would not work with me for one day to prepare the formula. So I was running around trying to get everything when I was supposed to be at work on a Monday morning. I guess this is GA state law, but the fact that I am not from here, and this was not the law in any other states I've lived in caused for an extremely stressful Monday morning. I would expect this to be communicated prior to the day a child starts. 2- the facility does not lock (their website is a lie saying they are the latest in safety and security) You-or anyone else- can freely walk in and out of the facility. To add to that, noone in the infant room acknowledges you until you speak to them. I was able to walk in and just grab my baby. I would expect them to check in with me before I just run up and grab my baby. The person working there didn't say anything until I asked her how the baby did. She then told me to refer to the form to see what my child did for the day, then proceeded to ask me what my child's name was. 3- 2nd day I dropped off my infant, the lady seemed appalled that I asked her to hold my daughter while I put the bottles and diapers away. Of course my daughter started crying, and the worker said "oh you're going to start this already?" then sat her down on the ground. My daughter kept crying while the lady just stood there. After I put the bottles and diapers away, I walked over to my daughters cubby to get her paci and gave it and a toy to my daughter. The workers probably would have just left her to cry it out instead of trying to get her to calm down. I expect a childcare facility to treat my children like they are their own, and I did not get this here. If you are looking for someone to change your kids diapers and feed them, they seem reliable, but if you are looking for someone to love your child, I'm not sure this is the place. Some people just should not work with babies. Maybe the experience would be better with older children, but I would not leave an infant at this facility if you can avoid it.

DON'T DO IT!! I allowed my child to attend pre-k here for less than a week. There's ZERO security in or around the building. Literally anyone can walk into the building and get to all and any of the children. The playground gates are literally locked with plastic baby proof type locks. The atmosphere is just so cold, dark and lifeless. No one smiles. There's no REAL personal connection between parents and the teachers or staff. The poor baby/infant room always sounded like they're murdering the poor things in there. They refused to cater to my child's "special diet", even though the state food program they're funded through said they're supposed to, and then they would end up giving their own personal snacks and food that my child wasn't supposed to consumed to begin with. They never thought or bothered to ask if I were okay with them giving whatever wasn't supposed to be consumed. Imagine if my child had an allergic reaction?! I'd have to send my child to school with a personal lunch, and since they didn't check in, my child would end up eating lunch at breakfast, even though breakfast was already eaten at home. They weren't making sure my child was hydrated all day either. My child would go thirsty and hungry all day after breakfast. My child would come to the car every afternoon with the most depressing look and then tell me it was a horrible day at school. My child said the teachers would YELL at the children and that it was just never any fun and they didn't learn anything. I was even told some children acted inappropriately and the teachers either never saw or didn't correct the behavior too. I'm not understanding how a place for a children can be so cold, careless and unprofessional. I wish I had read the reviews here prior to even bothering to fill out the application and go through with the few days attended. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SOMEWHERE SAFE. SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE FOR CHILDREN.
