5 years ago probably would of been a 3.6 stars but as of 2023. The management is not accommodating, very rude , no answer or response with phone calls. You can place a work order when they do decide to answer the phones but nothing is important enough to be an emergency to get fixed. Place work orders they will be lost , or forgotten. No help as an apartment should. Declining in quality by the day.
The pool hasn’t been open for years! It’s empty right now and has been the whole summer. They can get maintenance out to fix anything because they have “200” work orders 🙄 so they can’t keep up with anything obviously
Landscaping is clean and areas are well managed. I haven't been in the apartments, so I don't know much about the inside of the buildings.
Been trying to call for an hour and a half and no one answered the phone. Boyfriend left a message and no one has responded.
Never answer the phone. Won't call back either. The office personnel are not very accommodating.
