It was great when we first moved in, but as soon as they got a new person working in the front, it turned horrible. The lady just wants all of your money. She would always charge us for random stuff without even a heads up. We were told we would get 100% of our deposit back, then got a letter saying it was spent for “late fees”. When we first moved in, Margret told us that if there was a holiday on the 4th (for example, the 4th of July), then you can turn rent in on the 5th because the office was closed. Now all of a sudden we’re paying late fees because we turned in rent on the 5th and got none of our deposit back. Looking for contract right now to go over there to this lady and speak my mind. Never rent from this place. It’s supposed to be income friendly, but in the end this lady will just take all your money away. So glad I’m out of there, but can’t believe we still have to deal with her.
