Kingdom Palace Daycare receives consistently excellent feedback from parents who praise the caring, professional staff and high-quality education. Parents highlight the clean facilities, strong teacher-student relationships, and the school's commitment to both academic and personal development of children. Multiple former students and current parents describe feeling like family and report their children thriving academically and socially.
We transferred our son to Kingdom Palace in the 1st grade after experiencing subpar education in the public school system. He’s now in 6th grade, and the difference this school has made is incredible. The teachers at Kingdom Palace are not only highly skilled but also genuinely loving and committed to their students’ academic and personal growth. The administrative personnel hold their teachers to very high standards, ensuring that every aspect of the education provided is top-notch. Cleanliness is one of the school’s highlights, reflecting the pride they take in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Our son has thrived in this environment, and it’s clear that the staff truly care about his progress. He’s loved every one of his teachers, which speaks volumes about the nurturing atmosphere at the school. All students are treated like family, making Kingdom Palace a place where children can truly feel at home. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to enroll him here, and we highly recommend Kingdom Palace to any parent seeking a supportive and high-quality education for their child.
My girls have been at this school since they were 1 and 2 years old, they are already in Kindergarten and First grade and thanks to them I have never had any problems with the school. All the people who work there are super happy and very good with my girls, no complaints from my daughters' teachers, without exception from any of the people who work at the center. My daughters are super happy to be there.
I would like to begin by stating that, at first, I genuinely believed Kingdom Palace Daycare was one of the best choices for my child. Unfortunately, that belief quickly diminished as both the staff and owner began to reveal serious concerns regarding the professionalism, communication, and overall quality of care provided. As a first-time mother, I am deeply committed to teaching my child respect—for his teachers, peers, and the environment he is in. My son started attending this daycare in the summer of 2024 around June, with the school year beginning officially in August. Initially, there were no issues. However, approximately two weeks into the school year, I received my first concerning report: a front desk manager informed me that my two-year-old son “does not listen or follow directions.” When I asked for specific examples or suggestions on how I could support them, I was simply told, “He’s young, he’ll get used to it.” I accepted this, trusting the staff’s experience. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning. The same staff member later told me—in Spanish, “tu niño no hace caso” I stayed in quiet and in disbelief she then again said “TU SABES que tu niño no hace caso” and with a dismissive tone— I was so confused and I told her “no he listens to me and does what I say to the capacity of a two year old” I was then deeply disturbed when she then recounted physically restraining him on her lap during story time while he cried. This interaction raised serious red flags for me. I attempted to follow up with the owner. When I requested to speak with my child’s teacher, I was misdirected to multiple staff members—none of whom were currently teaching my son. I finally spoke to a teacher who had been with him during the summer, and she confirmed that he had behaved well during the summer time, suggesting the issue may be an adjustment to the new routine. Despite my growing concerns, I continued to give the daycare the benefit of the doubt. I WANTED TO BELIEVE I DIDN’T MAKE A MISTAKE CHOOSING THE WING DAYCARE. I addressed my discomfort with the owner regarding the front desk manager’s delivery and language. While the owner led me to believe the employee had been dismissed, I later found her visiting the facility as a friend of the owner. This lack of transparency only added to my concerns. Additionally, I noticed that administrative duties and even door security were being handled by what appeared to be a high school-aged girl—allegedly the owner’s granddaughter. I found it concerning that such responsibilities were given to someone so young and inexperienced. More troubling incidents continued. I was told my son was hitting other children—a behavior I had never witnessed in any other environment. I never denied the possibility, but asked if there were ways I could observe him to better understand and support behavior correction. Rather than collaborating with me, the owner responded defensively, suggesting that my request implied I did not believe her. I was never permitted to observe my child in class, nor were photos or updates ever shared, no matter how often I asked. As a mother, not knowing what my son was doing all day—combined with the lack of transparency—was very unsettling. Further incidents included my son being sent home in only a shirt and diaper, with no notification or offer for me to bring a change of clothes. I live minutes from the daycare and had emphasized my availability to drop off any necessary items. He was cold and visibly uncomfortable when I picked him up. On another occasion, he came home with a severe diaper rash—something that could have been prevented with timely diaper changes. I understand mistakes happened but I asked if I should go pick up my son to which they said it was not necessary. Once I had my son at home, my son had a second degree diaper rash with skin coming off the side of his thighs. STILLLLLLL I MISTAKENLY LEFT HIM AT THIS DAYCARE. (Part 1)
I have gone to this school and I can’t tell how happy I was in this school. Almost all staff members are really nice. The teachers are super sweet and will teach and/or tutor you if you have any problems in your academics. The school also has a parktime for around 30 minutes which can be very relaxing because you can get your mind out of school and have fun. The food can sometimes be questionable but for the most part is fine, some foods including chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, and milk are the pest foods there. Overall, the school can fix its staff members a little bit (excluding teachers) but the school is amazing. 4 stars
As a mother of a kindergarten child, I have had an amazing experience with the school. Both the teacher, Miss Jiménez, and the principal, along with all the staff, have been incredibly supportive. Miss Jiménez is a highly professional teacher who uses psychology to effectively teach and foster positive relationships between parents and the school. I am extremely grateful and happy with the school. If I could, I would give it 10 stars because it truly deserves more than 5. I wholeheartedly recommend this school, especially because of the incredibly caring and cooperative principal who values both the children and their families. I cannot thank this school enough for everything.
