Kingdom Kids in Goshen, Indiana has truly become an amazing place. The staff is absolutely wonderful—caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children. In just four months since the new director stepped in, there have already been noticeable changes for the better. The center is now more structured and organized, and it clearly shows in the daily operations. The staff is knowledgeable, confident, and works together as a strong team. Communication has improved, expectations are clearer, and the overall environment feels more positive and supportive for both the children and families. Strong leadership has made a big difference, and it’s exciting to see the growth and direction Kingdom Kids is heading in. I highly recommend this center to any family looking for a place where their children are truly cared for.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Kingdom Kids Daycare, and even though my time there was short, the experience left a lasting impression. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing welcoming, calm, and full of positive energy. Kingdom Kids is currently relaunching under new ownership, and the new director, Mrs. Korena Massey, is doing an incredible job bringing structure, vision, and heart into this space. You can truly see her passion in the way the daycare is being turned around for the greater good of the children and families it serves. The facility is very clean, and the children seemed genuinely happy and comfortable something that speaks volumes. What Mrs. Korena is building here is going to be phenomenal. 2026 is going to be a great year for Kingdom Kids Daycare. They have an amazing director leading the way, and I can’t wait to see all the wonderful things ahead. Keep doing great things, Ms. Korena you’re making a real difference. 💛

I want to make it known that I truly hate giving this daycare 1 star. They have some incredible staff here that did amazing with our children. It's not fair that their amazing work is shadowed by an unprofessional leader. Unfortunately, the director's actions were so appalling that I feel I have no other choice than to warn perspective parents. My youngest has been enrolled at Kingdom Kids for more than a year. We were upfront with the team from the start that he was born early & there were some milestone delays, which were to be expected. The director approached me early on to express concerns that she felt my son was on the autism spectrum. We took her thoughts to heart & began engaging with service providers. However, each service provider was continually reporting to us that they were not seeing signs indicative of an autism diagnosis. We shared this information with the director, but she continued to periodically tell us that in her professional opinion (as a bachelor degree holder) that he was on the spectrum. We kept seeing doctors & engaging with different types of therapists because of how adamant she was. At one point, we even had a developmental therapist come in to the daycare to assess our child in this environment. Again, all qualified professionals assured us that he is not on the spectrum, meeting milestones, & that any troubling behavior was clearly age appropriate. All reports from daycare staff (aside from the director) stated that our child was thriving with no concerns whatsoever. The staff also verbally expressed to the development therapist that they had no concerns whatsoever! We spent well over a year constantly working to find providers for him who would reassess all based upon the directors insistence that something was "wrong" with our child. This fall, some staffing left abruptly & it required that classrooms be shuffled. Our previously thriving child was placed in a class that we felt was not the best for him. This led to the director once again insisting that he is on the spectrum. I provided her with the assessments from every single service provider we have seen, including doctors, where they all state that he is not on the spectrum & that they have no concerns. We then simply asked that he be moved to a different class where he has a better rapport with the teacher. Her response to that request was no & that they would also be terminating his enrollment. This does not align with the agreement that we signed with the handbook guidelines outlining reasons for expulsion. To reiterate, not a single teacher at this school has ever reported a cause for concern with our child. In fact, they have only ever said good things. The director is the only person to ever express concerns & continually felt it was appropriate to label our child as autistic even though she does not have the educational or professional background to diagnose. She then promptly kicked him out without warning when we requested he be moved to a new classroom. I have all the emails & chat logs to back up my claims as well. It's been disappointing to watch my child tossed aside by this director when he did so well with a majority of the teachers. To update: I met with the head of the board. They agreed that the expulsion was unfair, that the director had previously expelled another kid unfairly, & that the director also acknowledged that she handed our situation incorrectly (she never apologized though). Now the director is big mad that I've made this review public, as evidenced by the email she sent to all current families. Again, let me be clear that I have all the evidence to back up the claims I've posted above.
