My child went to another daycare by the same owner. I made the owner aware of many issues here such as what other reviewers have stated like they put the kids in front of TV all day and many other concerns. She made excuses for her staff. The teachers and directors are rude to children and adults. Do not send your children to Kingdom Kids or Miracles. They are awful.

Worst daycare. They have no trained teachers, my son was discouraged, he would go anywhere but that daycare. One teacher screams at the kids. I always found my son put in corner, they do not know how to handle the kids. And worst when you pay by check they wait until they have about 4 or 5 checks together to deposit. Everyone else review about the place from few years ago is still the same. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Poor Management!!! The owner doesn’t do anything when it come to helping train employees. When getting in contact with her she always is busy and feels as though she has somebody there to take care of everything. Staff gets treated unfairly and nothing is done about it! Parents are told when their child is having a difficult day and they label as staff telling them there being BAD when I’m reality staff are trying to ask you for help when disciplining your child. It’s very hard and if you don’t discipline your child then don’t praise them by buying them things after staff has told you what kinda day we had when dealing with the behaviors of children. Staff gets hit and punished while administrator sits in the office watching us like a hawk but doesn’t do anything about us being hit but when it comes to the kids they make us tolerate being treated poorly because they get paid to sit in the office. It’s not right and by law that is violating an employees rights.

Personally do not have a child at this daycare, but from where I live, I am able to hear how these horrible "caretakers" talk to the children and see how rude they are. I highly advise everyone not to bring their children to this facility. When they have them on the playground, they'll either boss them around or not even pay attention to the small children, which allows them to potentially get hurt. All the kids want to do is play and interact with the so called caretakers but they are too busy socializing with eachother.

I was very pleased with them at the beginning but Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong. Instead of trying to see why the parent is having complaints they’ll rather terminate your child (w/o even giving you a chance to find another daycare) instead of trying find the problem & fix it. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to bring their kids here! To be honest a lot of the employees just there for a check, they can care less about how they send your child home; nasty face and all; send your kids stuff home with other kids (even after you have written your child name on the material) DONT DO IT !!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!!
