⭐️Highly Recommend: Childcare Network – 2200 West Vandalia Road ⭐️ If you're looking for a daycare where your children will be loved, protected, and treated like family, look no further than Childcare Network on West Vandalia Road. The staff is absolutely amazing they love your babies like their own. I had to return to work when my baby was just 3 months old, and I was so nervous. But from the moment we walked in, the center director welcomed us with open arms and has treated us like family ever since. It’s rare to find a place where you feel 100% confident leaving your children, but this center gave me that peace of mind. It all starts at the top Miss Shay does not play about her babies! She will go to war for them, and I love that energy. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire center. If you're a parent looking for a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment for your little ones, go visit and talk to Miss Shay ASAP. She’ll give you and your babies the comfort and support you need to get through your day with confidence.

Words cannot fully describe the level of care & love given to my granddaughter's by the instructors at Childcare Network locations #237 & #162. My grandchildren view the staff at both locations as extended family members. We are truly grateful for them!

I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to any parent who truly values transparency, cleanliness, and the well-being of their child. Over the last few months, I’ve witnessed neglect, poor hygiene, zero communication, and complete disorganization . My baby came home multiple times with painful diaper rashes, often after being picked up in a full, or soiled diaper. I’ve watched staff members change diapers without gloves, without sanitizing the changing table, and go right back to handling other kids, completely unsanitary and against basic childcare standards. Even worse, my child caught Hand, Foot, and Mouth disease twice within a month, and not once did this center put out an official notification to notify parents about an outbreak or reassure us that proper cleaning had been done. It clearly spread through the center, yet families were left in the dark. That’s a health hazard, period. I’ve also observed infants, including my own child frequently confined in cribs while awake, with no movement or playtime. I’ve walked in to find several babies crying hysterically, with snotty noses, full diapers, and visibly distressed, while the teacher sat in a rocking chair holding one sleeping baby. Which was her baby. The rest of the infants just looked… unattended. It was heartbreaking, upsetting, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, three to four months ago, both the director and assistant director were fired with no notice or explanation. Two new faces as well as a lot of new teachers were suddenly running the center, no email, no welcome, no reassurance. As a parent, I shouldn’t have to guess who’s caring for my child or why leadership keeps changing. Staff are often distracted, and I’ve witnessed them scrolling on their phones in classrooms, while children go unattended. And while I know Childcare Network centers typically follow a curriculum-based approach, I have never once seen any curriculum being implemented at this location. The entire summer, the school-age kids were simply bringing their tablets from home and being babysat while they played them. No structure. No engagement. No enrichment. If you’re okay with your kids just being watched to the bare minimum, no learning, no structure, no meaningful care, then maybe this center is for you. But if you want your child in a safe, clean, engaging environment that actually supports their development? Please do not take your child to this center. I’ve officially pulled my children from this daycare and reported them to DHR.

Our twin daughters attend this daycare and they absolutely love it! We are very comfortable leaving them in the care of their teachers. The entire staff is always so warm and welcoming. The girls insist on hugging them goodbye every evening and they cannot wait to go back the next day. That's always a good sign. I would recommend Childcare Network to any parent looking for a safe and friendly daycare environment for their children.
