Some teachers are ok, especially Ms emily, she was my son's fav, she did some teaching of letters and numbers. Other teachers dont, and they yell a lot, on their tablet a lot, and resort to punishing right away before listening at all. The classroom smelled when I picked up my son, he complained about how it smelled multiple times, there is no structure for the older kids, they just let them run around, until they have a meal or need to go out, then back to running around, learning absolutely nothing. My 5 year old was bored out of his mind! We lost lots of winter clothing items also! My son went with a small bag without me knowing with almost $100 in small bills in there , we found the bag but the money was stolen! The issue was never resolved it was an "ops" moment to them. The manager is all over the place. You ask to talk to her she gets back to you in a week if ever, and if you are not using the daycare anymore she never gets back to you, she is always in a "meeting". Tuition has been messed up so many times, you get no answer of what is going on ,on your account. They assume you are using WI shares so its not out of your pocket, so why would you care?! Well thats fraud! My son stopped going to daycare since we started school and still we were charged for half a month, even though I talked to the manager personally about it and asked if she needs any document or confirmation written she said thats its fine its all sorted out. Now they say I owe $300+ without using the daycare! And ofcourse the manager never returns my calls. The one time she answered my msg was that she will try to "reduce" the amount that they put on my account! Its a money grabbing trap, they want to get one last paycheck before you leaving the daycare . Unacceptable behaviour from a childcare institution. I will be reporting them to WI shares/the state.
We have been so happy with our childs development and attention paid to him at KinderCare. The staff are always so positive and welcoming even on those mornings when he doesnt want to be dropped off. We cant drive by it without him saying "hi school". We are pleased with his growth and the constant updates from the staff.
My 8 month old daughter has been going to daycare here for the last 4 months or so, and we’ve had such an amazing experience so far. Cleo is nothing but smiles when we drop off and pick up everyday, she really loves the teachers there and you can just tell she’s so well taken care of because she’s so happy to go back every day. Miss Cori and Miss Kathryne in the infant room are WONDERFUL, they truly feel like family to us. We get pictures and updates through the day, and if anything abnormal is going on with her they always let us know right away. I truly can’t say enough good things about this daycare and the people who work here. I’m so happy we chose this location and I would highly, highly recommend for any parent.
I am so happy and proud to say that I take my child to this Kindercare location. So far, we’ve only utilized the infants room, but we have had such a great experience thus far. Miss Katheryne, Miss Cori, Miss Lisa, Miss Selena and Miss Laura - all of the teachers in the infant room (and the ones that come in to help occasionally) are WONDERFUL. We love them!! I feel confident that my child is getting the best, most attentive care. Additionally, Theresa and Julissa are knowledgeable, kind, open, supportive, and dependable. I’d recommend Kindercare Hales Corners to anyone that has daycare needs.
My oldest attended this kindercare from the time he was 2 until he was 8! He was a little guy that came with his challenges and needed extra support. The teachers and director went out of their way to help him! Without them, I can't even imagine what his Kindergarten experience would have been. They literally laid the groundwork for him to be successful in school.
