We've had our first daughter at KinderCare in Lombard since March of 2023. Soon, we'll have our second daughter start in the infant room. All of the teachers and management care about our children and their development. They provide instruction and varied play and keep us informed on progress and development. Everyone knows our daughter's name, and she has made lots of friends. I'd recommend KinderCare in Lombard without hesitation.
The Lombard Kindercare is a warm, inviting environment that has friendly staff and excellent childcare. The staff has been very accommodating to our child's needs and has worked in her best interest to make her feel comfortable and at home in a new place. This is by far the best childcare center I have ever come across! Excellent quality, communication and I feel that my child gets the best care. I would highly recommend! **Editing my original review** 5/21/24 Center has undergone leadership changes and the transition has not gone smoothly. Lack of leadership, consistent staffing shortages leading to lack of quality of care - esp in infant room. Leadership has responded to parent concerns with action plan; but I Would still not recommend this center at this time.
We have been attending KinderCare in downtown Lombard since January of 2020 from the infant room to now toddler room, we have loved the experiences with my sons teachers, directors and curriculum. Even with a few months at home during the pandemic when things closed, we were given updates and learning tools to use at home. Since reopening in the pandemic, we are happy with what our son is learning, daily pictures, daily report, safety protocols and care call check-ins. Nicole and Kayla go above and beyond, truly care for their teachers and kids, and are very open and honest with communication.
My child has been attending Lombard KinderCare since she was about six weeks old. She has loved every teacher, and they have been so caring, loving her right back. The pre-k class was stimulating and prepared my daughter really well for kindergarten. And all through the pandemic, they have done their very best to safely stay open, taking care of my child and taking a huge load off my shoulders.
KinderCare Lombard is a crucial partner in our parenting team. Nicole and Kayla run a lovely school where my children have been cared for in all walks of their early childhood. I have always loved the effort all the teachers put forth - but I have been been blown away with the professionalism and human approach during the pandemic. Communicative, honest, positive and realistic. Bonus points for helping my own sleep deprivation and potty training.
