My boys started at Kindercare in the infant room back in 2020! We love this center so much!! The teachers have been amazing. My boys come home and talk about how much they adore the teachers and how much fun they have in the classroom. Ms. Jewel, Ms Nadia, Ms Kate, Ms Keysha Mr Genard and many more that I am forgetting to name, Thank you for all that you do!!

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience in nearly four years at Kinder Care. We came because we were temporarily living in the apartment complex across the street, and we stayed (driving past 5–6 closer daycare centers and preschools) because of the warm and nurturing teachers and diverse community. Our daughter will begin kindergarten knowing letters, numbers, calendar skills, cooperation (usually!), and other essentials. But she has also made wonderful friends, had loads of fun, and learned that she is loved, which are the most important things. We are grateful for Vernon Hills KinderCare.

Staff is nice and place is clean. Very flexible with scheduling and generally a positive experience. I wish there was better tracking of posessions. We lost a coat, clothing or toy on average once every 6 visits, though it seemed very avoidable. Something that also always bothered me is a bus parked outside that is painted with messages like, "Help me" and is covered in child sized hand prints mimicking blood smears. Halloween was over 6 months ago. I really have to question the judgement of the people who thought this imagery was appropriate.

We have been going to KinderCare in Vernon Hills and my experience is great with them .Entire staff is welcoming and the care my daughter receive there is really appreciated ! Both teachers in my daughter’s class are really nice and positive . Center director is so helpful with any issue and supportive . I highly recommend this center for anyone needing child care.

We love KinderCare Vernon Hills! When the pandemic hit at the beginning of my pregnancy, we really struggled with how to plan for childcare once I was back at work. We set up meetings with multiple daycare centers and talked with nannies as well. KinderCare made us feel comfortable right off the bat. We were not able to tour the facility in person, but that actually made us more confident, because we knew KinderCare was taking the necessary precautions to keep the babies and kids safe. We have been with KinderCare for 4 months now, our baby started when she was 16 weeks old, and we could not be more happy with our decision. The teachers are all fantastic in the infant room (and other rooms too!) and they work with us on anything from diaper rashes to spit ups! We know our little girl is well taken care of, and we appreciate the warmth and caring from all the staff. Keep up the great work!
