My kids has been going to KinderCare since April of 2025 and I have never had an issue with any employee. They are very helpful and understanding. I love that I am notified right away whenever my children are sick or etc. I highly recommend this daycare to ANYONE! great job KinderCare!
We have had a wonderful experience here. There was a rough patch when the previous director left but the communication was great and the new director is fabulous! All of my little ones teachers have been great and they have really tailored her day day activities to her needs. They are all great! Jennifer
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE unless you want to be called ATLEAST once a week to pick up your kids because the center is closing down early. They call you and tell you your kid is sick and they can’t come back for 24hrs. They send messages at 6am and tell you they can only take X amount of kids. They double invoiced us for months and had our kid enrolled in multiple class rooms. The latest incident occurred when we tried to drop our kids off off at 9am. A few weeks prior the center sent out a notice stating they wouldn’t be excepting kids after 9am. We were there right at 9 and the door was locked. We were actually waiting outside with another teacher!!! They locked her out too. Brittany the current director told us it was past 9 and she had already sent the kids teacher home. False. All the kids teachers were there. When we called that out and asked why teachers were allowed to come late she CALLED THE POLICE and said she felt threatened!!! After she called the police she then called her district leader who told her to KEEP ONE OF OUR KIDS BUT NOT BOTH. BRITTANNY IS NOT FIT TO RUN THIS CHILDCARE. Awful, awful, awful service provided here. This specific center is already under investigation, I recommend not ever stepping foot into it.
Hello! i’m doing my 30 day review and this daycare is truly amazing. The teachers are wonderful along with the staffing. I love this daycare and look forward to having all my children in this system.
Everyone at Florence KC are so nice and they take great care of my daughter! (She's 20 months old.) I love the app because I get notifications of what and how much she's eating, when she gets her diaper changed, and pictures of what she's doing daily. The directors are professional and caring and her teachers are so sweet as well. I recommend this place! :)
