My kids have been going to this KinderCare location for about 4 years. My first experience with them was putting my son into preschool for the first time once the COVID pandemic was starting to die down. He absolutely loved going and learned a lot while there. They really helped him get ready for kindergarten. I then placed my baby there in their infant room. There were some issues that the director and teachers tried to work with me on but ultimately I switched him to a different daycare that was pretty close to them but had less infants attending at the time. The director at that daycare listened to my complaints and tried to tell me they were better. But ultimately what I learned is my concerns are more common concerns that will arise at any daycare. However, after 3 months at the other facility I called to have him switched back to KinderCare because they are more reliable and trustworthy than the other options in the area and by far have a better educational program than anything else in the area. Within a month they had a spot open again at KinderCare and welcomed my child back with a huge warm welcome and were so excited to have him back. I know I can trust the director to do the right thing and to work with me on any concerns rather than make excuses, lies, and invalidate them.

My daughter has been attending her for over a month now. And it has been nothing but amazing! The growth my daughter has had is incredible. She is so happy and cheerful, learning so many new things. It's night and day from her last daycare. She has become more cuddly and adventurous. She genuinely feels safe now, whether she is at home or here. The communication is great. Everyone is so friendly as well. 10/10 recommend

Although my kids were here about a year ago, I was never intending to leave a review until what my son told me last night. I’ll start the review by saying we adored their teachers when they were in the section for littles, and so did my son he raved about her, as much as he could. And my daughter adored her teacher Miss Liz, shout out to her. As they got older though we noticed my kids saying how mean their teachers are, and I would tell the director and she did have us talk to my daughters teachers (and the one lied to our faces, so to the teacher with the long long hair we know you were mean to her, another students family has complained to us saying you’re mean to them too) But she did not go to my sons side who was also saying his teacher was mean. Before I get to that though, one teacher my husband witnessed being extremely rude to the male students, and our children both said she’s very mean to the boys. There was one day my mother in law went to get my daughter and a little boy went to run out the building and this teacher was chasing him. Another teacher grabbed him and this lady goes on to cry and say “I hate him” in front of my MIL. Imagine that was your child. Now finally my son and daughter would talk and she would things like “your mean teacher?” I pulled them out when I got a picture of him sitting alone while all the other kids sat together. Last night he told me he’s scared to start preschool because of bullies. I said if that happens to tell his teacher and us and he said “but mama there was a bully at my old school. He hit me with a block, I told teacher and cried and everyone looked at me” this is something we were never told and it really upsets me that we’ll, it happened of course but also that they said nothing.

Wandermere KinderCare has been an outstanding place for my little ones to flourish and grow. The facility has a variety of educational activities tailored to each child's developmental needs. My children love their teachers and always have exciting things to share with us about their day. The staff is not only friendly and kind, but accommodating to our unique needs and schedule changes.

As a parent nervous to start daycare while previously staying home, the support from this center has been amazing. Quick and honest communication with a friendly and safe staff. Thanks to the Kindercare app I am updated all day long with daily progress for activities, notes and pictures! We often only hear the negative side of daycare experiences but with a properly ran center, those stories don’t have to be your experiences and I’m thankful for that!
