I never thought I would be writing this but here I am. My kids were going to KinderCare for almost 4 years it was the first and only daycare they ever attended and everyone is so sweet my kids and I just love all the teachers and the directors. How ever up until last year stuff started going down hill. During summer there were multiple field trips cancelled because of the district leader. Now my other daughter who’s 4 can’t attend daycare due to a balance I owe which is understandable how ever I was told by the director she could still attend vpk hours because that’s a free 3-4 hours with her voucher just for me to be told a week later that the district leader decided that my child couldn’t attend event though it’s free which it unfair this is the only daycare my daughter has know now it just breaks my heart to have to take her out even tho again ITS FREE. I miss the way KinderCare use to be with a district leader who was actually understanding and worked with you.
We had a wonderful experience at Kinder everyone is welcoming and thoughtfully set up for toddlers. My little one feels comfortable, engaged, and happy the entire time, which made it a great experience for both of us!!
Vanessa in the 3’s classroom is truly amazing! She has such a loving and patient way with the kids and makes learning fun every day. My child is always excited to go to school and comes home sharing songs and stories they learned from Ms. Vanessa. We couldn’t ask for a better teacher. She genuinely cares about each child and it shows!
I really appreciate Mrs. Tish and Ketsia in management! They’re always welcoming, professional, and quick to help whenever I have a question or concern. You can tell they work hard to make sure the center runs smoothly and that families feel supported. Their communication and kindness mean so much to us!
Myra in the toddler and Youvika in the twos classrooms is such a blessing! She’s so caring, patient, and attentive with the little ones. My child absolutely adores her and has learned so much since being in her class. It’s comforting to know that my child is in such loving and capable hands every day.
