They decided to permanently close the facility with giving parents just a one day notice. It’s crazy!! if your kids go to Lakewood Elementary please go to The Pillars in Grapevine. They offer transportation!! My kids have gone here before and I absolutely love it. Love it love it.
Yay!!! They have a NEW Director!!! Simply amazing, she loves children and the center is super clean! I can’t wait to see all that she will do! The morale is definitely going up! And the kids love her!! Congratulations Kid USA Euless, looks like things are definitely going up from here!! Got check them out and meet the new director Micheala!!
I would recommend this place for your child when I walked in the door. It was a very homey experience. It felt old school and almost brought me back to the old days. Nice friendly people kids were outside playing having a good time. I will highly recommend this place for your children.!
Don’t send your children to this center if your children have food sensitivity. Or autism. Kid City USA does not care for children autistic if they have learning disabilities nonverbal they will throw them out with the quickness. My daughter was at daycare for three days and did not eat lunch. She did not eat breakfast on one particular day because she’s autistic and her food sensitivity we were just told because the director lied. We called her out on it. The director then told the District manager Isset district manager, who was here in Texas that I told her that I felt sorry for her husband because she was a habitual liar. Miss Carrie was amazing. The new Director is horrible. The teacher there made it easier for me to drop off my children. They made it where I felt OK I felt that my children were safe now I’m not even sure. Thanks but no thanks kid city USA of euless. Kid city USA will not make sure your kids are okay. They are punishing children for having disabilities such as autism nonspeaking Autism they’re being made to sit in the hallway and eat food because they’re autistic because they have a food program. The children should be more important. Not the food program.
I don’t typically put in reviews. But do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The teachers are unhappy , the directors are unhappy, the parents are unhappy. This daycare LOST my son’s shot records, not only my sons but all of the kids. They have no answer as to what happened. They just consistently are blaming someone else. Further, they let me sign up for the bear creek after school pick up, and the day before school starts they tell me they cant pick up my son. They stated “the shouldn't have assumed my son’s age and they were sorry” Then , after talking to corporate and them telling me they cant pick up my son with school starting tomorrow, the corporate office TEXTED ME that they can now all of a sudden pick him up. No-one and I mean NO-ONE knows what is going on up there. Super sad, but if you don't believe my review, just trust the other 10 reviews on here. There is no leadership or organization in this daycare. It’s not the teachers fault , it genuinely starts with the poor leadership in corporate.
