This is the best day care for you I promise. There’s very professional and caring My son have been in this daycare since he was 2 now he’s 10 years old so my daughter too never has issues with them very gentle with the kids and good at communication
My son attended 2 years ago when he was born and in the beginning It was ok. But I think me caring to much as a 1st time mom rubbed people the wrong way. The check list would say my son ate but he came home with all his food so im like who food is he eating? Due to the shortage of staff at the time I do believe my son may have been left crying for a period of time because when I picked him up he would make a sobbing sound in his sleep on the way home I didn't understand why until it happened at at home. I don't think the infants were changed in a timely manner after bowel movement he always had a blowout here. Once Ms. Angela brought my Son to me and the smell of poop hit me I was surprised she didn't smell it. Ms. Keisha took him back in and changed him. Not being able to enter the building to go and pick him up from the class and see what's what's and talk to the teachers. Not sure if that's changed but I know it was after covid so they were probably taking precaution.
My daughter had a terrible experience at a previous daycare and we had to remove her. We found First Class and knew it was the right place for us. The staff is truly warm and welcoming and care for the children like their own. When my daughter started at first class she was struggling verbally, since she started in late Semptember the staff have worked with her and this problem has ceased. Thank you First Class, for providing outstanding care for my child.
My son has been going to First Class Academy since he was 1 and he is now 8. As a new mom I was every hesitant about daycare. We have felt at home since day one. I can not be more blessed and thankful that my son goes here. Thank you Ms. Kerry, Ms. Angela, Mrs. Kesha, Ms. Alexis for taking care of my son.
I Absoulty love this place, my children has been at this daycare for 3 years now and they love it they have learned so many new things. My son adores his teacher and never wants to leave. I feel very comfortable knowing my kids are in such good hands. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
