We love all the teachers at kindercare, and we have had a great experience here. I appreciate all the activities the infants and toddlers do, and I love how invested and engaged all the teachers are. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs childcare.

So unprofessional and chaotic. While we’re thankful for teachers like Ms. Octavia and Mr. Elliot, during my child’s time at Kindercare multiple state laws involving childcare were violated, not washing my child’s hands throughout the day and her returning home with filthy hands, clothes, and often times they didn’t even wipe her face after meals, they’d go hours without changing her diaper, etc. Children would be strapped into strollers for hours at a time due to staffing issues or illness, there were times I’d pick my daughter up and she’d be strapped in a stroller in the office with nobody able to tell me how long. I picked my child up earlier this spring during nap time, where she had a necklace around her neck following an event at the facility where they provided necklaces. Diapers and other supplies got lost regularly, with staff unwilling to accept accountability. Around this time last year when my daughter and I began working with the CDSA, I asked the director, Monica if her or staff could contribute to my child’s autism diagnosis by writing anything they’d noticed and was told that they are not there to teach children or notice/ track development, while in the same sentence saying she is passionate about childhood education and learning. The director has risen her voice, hung up the phone, and cussed during confrontation or when trying to give constructive feedback regarding my child’s care especially since receiving her autism diagnosis and me bringing concerns regarding affirming care to her attention. She would be incredibly kind when it was time for feedback or when the CEO visited the center earlier this year, then return to the same behavior. A lack of transparency, respect, and professionalism required to entrust someone with their child. This facility is not equipped to provide children on the spectrum or who are experiencing delays the care they need and deserve, and has a lot of room for improvement. I fear retaliation from the director due to the extent of the lack of professionalism in posting this review, but think families should know about this experience.

I have had a very positive experience with this daycare. Ms. Monica, the director, is outstanding—she is compassionate, highly communicative, and consistently keeps parents informed of any updates or needs. Her genuine love for children is evident in everything she does. The teaching staff are gentle, attentive, and nurturing, creating a safe and supportive environment for all the children. Both the infant and four-year-old classrooms are exceptional, with excellent communication and care from the staff. I am truly grateful to have such a dedicated team contributing to my children’s growth and development.

The experience my daughter and I have had at KinderCare Millbrook has been amazing! My daughter’s first daycare experience was very traumatic but the switch to KinderCare Millbrook was one of the best decisions we’ve made. She has been going to Kindercare Millbrook since an infant and she is now in the two’s class. Ms. Monica has been very supportive and helpful in making sure her needs are always met. Ms. Monica also curates many events where parents are encouraged to come spend time and have fun with their children. My daughters teachers, Octavia and Chassity, have consistently attended to each child making sure their classroom is safe and that the children are growing and learning. I am so proud of my daughters growth while attending daycare here!

This school has been a safe haven for my little one . For the past y years we struggled with childcare centers meeting his social and emotional needs . Ms. Monica , Ms. Cassie , and Ms. Ari work hard to make sure he feels welcome and understood . And working hard for him to reach his social goals . Enrolling him was the best thing I could’ve done for my little one .
