Kindercare Learning Centers LLC

I've been going here for almost 6years between 2 kids and my latest is on 4yrs. I've seen a lot of changes in the time spent here w directors and staff coming and going but I always gave it a chance when changes were made and couldn't be happier w the care received by my kid. The staff are always so kind and it takes a special individual to be in that field and I'm grateful for the staff there. Miss Sonia is amazing and Celeste have given my son so much over the years. Omar and miss Grace left a lasting impression and I Sam and Carli could've stayed and mr Keith they were a team that any parent would be so lucky to have in charge of their kids. I do miss em but enough rambling love the staff and love the place can't thank these people enough!

Edit as of 2023: We moved our children from this daycare after a year of worries. We had constant concerns of the staff, and the management was not present or kind. The director continued to fight with parents and staff members, and many of the teachers left because of her. Our children were constantly sick (something I thought was normal until I moved the kids to a place that actually cares about the facility and the children) and there were emails weekly staying there wasn't enough staff to cover all the kids I love this center. I have two children who attend this center, and I wouldn't want them anywhere else. The teachers are loving, attentive and truly care about all of the children. My child in the 4-year-old classroom is constantly coming home with schoolwork they have done during the day, and I am amazed by how much she learns every single day. She loves going to school, and I love hearing her stories every single night. I also have a child in the infant room. My baby is always having fun, and the infant room teachers are the best. It makes this mama's heart happy that my baby is with teachers who care so much about him, and want to be there with the babies. They have almost as much fun as the kids with the lesson plans and activities for the babies. The Kindercare app is also so helpful. I love getting pictures for both of my kiddos every day, and there are a lot! The teachers are so good about keeping the app updated with what the kids are doing, and I love being able to check on each of them throughout the day. The center director and assistant director are also the best! They are always there to greet us when we drop off the kids, and are always pleasant and kind. They are welcoming to talking about individual needs of each kid, and I can't count the number of times I have sat down in the front office to talk to each one of them. They communicate well, both in person and over the app, and it makes knowing what is going on at the center easy. I would not trust my children anywhere else, and would recommend this center to anyone!

I absolutely love Stonegate KinderCare and would recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare! My husband and I had an awful experience at a prior daycare and with this being our first baby and having to go back to work full time, I was so nervous trying a new center. From day one I felt very comfortable leaving my son in their care. The director, Sam, is always really kind and you can tell she genuinely cares about the kids. My son’s teacher, Ms Whitney, is fantastic. He has already learned so much and is really thriving. I love that she writes little progress reports each day and I get lots of photos of him too. My son loves going here and I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing group of people to watch my little one during the day!

We love everyone at Stonegate KinderCare! They truly care about our two girls and everyone is incredibly sweet to both of us and to them. They are so accommodating with our needs and super flexible when changes come about. As others have mentioned, all of the staff know our girls and they know us parents by name as well. Everyone is so friendly. Even before the new app came out, they were so communicative. Now with the new app, we get pictures every day and thoughtful comments on their progress, etc. We're so glad to have our kids attend school with these wonderful educators and child development experts!

We are very happy with KinderCare Parker. They were very accommodating when we had to enroll our 10 month old sooner than we thought. They have been great with letting her therapists come to the center to work with her. Melissa and Dusti are very nice and are always helping out where needed. Everyone really seems to care about the children. The teachers have been nothing less than wonderful, Danielle, Ash, Britt. Our now 14 month old loves going there everyday and doesn't even cry when we drop her off. She has a very interactive day with all the children and teachers. The teacher's daily notes are greatly appreciated to let us know how her day went. They really go the extra mile, even when she unexpectedly had a medical condition they were so sweet to send her a stuffed tiger to make her feel better. They even took the cutest pumpkin photos and sent them home as a gift for the parents. We have had no complaints and are very happy our daughter will be attending for a long time.
