Less than zero stars if i could. My children went to this center for 3 years and initially it was an ok facility. By January of 2025, this center had spiraled into a tragedy waiting to happen. Staff negligence runs rampant at Charter Lane. Inattentive at their best, aggressive and verbally abusive at their worst. There are no cameras in this facility to ensure that the staff are what they're supposed to be doing. My children were both bitten frequently and I drew the line when I was given a falsified incident report claiming a fall caused 2 obvious bite marks that i had confirmed by our pediatrician. I confronted a staff member over this and ended up having to file a police report when the staff member had her boyfriend threaten my family. Numerous complaints to upper management resolved nothing and only showed the indifference of kindercare staff. Please, for your children's safety, do not send them here. This place has failed so many state safety inspections, it's unbelievable that they're still open.
I am so grateful for this KinderCare center !! I have two daughters that have attended KinderCare for the past 5 years. The teachers and directors really care about the children. They been a huge support to me and my girls in terms of academics, transportation to and from school, and availability for summer programs. I love the diversity at the center, all are welcome and my kids love the activities offered. The center staff keep you updated throughout the day, all I can say is I love the center and your children are in good hands here !
We LOVE Kindercare, they have the absolute best teachers, so thoughtful and always keep you in the loop on your child's daily activities. They encourage and support your children to learn and to thrive. The Directors Jill and Amanda are incredible and so easy to communicate with. Our son has absolutely thrived being in their care and I honestly send them little letters from time to time just thanking them for all they do for us. I highly recommend this facility. Your child will be happy, healthy and learn a ton in their care which makes going to work, for you, just a bit easier knowing your babe is somewhere where the staff genuinely cares about them and their milestones.
I have 2 children who recently began attending this center and I cannot say enough good things about our experience thus far. Our virtual tour through their first week of care has been wonderful. What I like most about it is the friendly, proactive, and timely communication from the Directors and Teachers. They assist with questions and keep me informed of how the kids are doing or if they have any concerns. I look forward to watching my children develop and grow here in the coming years! :)
