I have an infant and a young preschooler at this facility and I really can't express what a blessing the center and the staff have been to our family. The staff are loving and attentive, the facility is clean and well run, and the directors are top-notch. My preschooler has learned so many skills and loves going to "school". He has friends that he made as an infant who are still with him in preschool. The curriculum is fun and engaging. As an educator, I love that it's also age-appropriate. My baby has had some extra needs and the staff has cared for him in such a loving and attentive manner. He loves his "baby school" and smiles at his teachers when he sees them each morning. I have never once worried about the safety or happiness of either of my kids. I feel extremely fortunate that we found Sleepy Hollow KinderCare.

I have nothing bad to say about kinder care in sleepy hollow! My daughter has been going there for five years now and she has learned so much! The teachers are attentive and actually care about my daughter’s needs. They share photos throughout the day and always keep us posted when there is an illness. All the staff is amazing! Stephanie and Michelle work so well with one another and it shows. Highly recommend this clean and safe place!

Never experienced a daycare as bad as this one. The staff are always yelling at the kids especially in the preschool classrooms. The director and district leader were not helpful at all. Messaged the district leader and never replied at all with my concerns after she had messaged all parents that if there was ever a concern to contact her. There has been teachers hired here who have physically abused kids and didn’t do anything to the teacher until the police were called. My son’s teacher and the director kept on saying that my son wasn’t “normal” or like the other kids and said he had ADHD. Who knew teachers and staff had certifications to diagnose kids. I have taken my son to multiple doctors and specialists and they have not said anything is wrong with him. Lastly, there is another teacher in the toddler classroom who felt uncomfortable when a 2 year old touched her leg. Like what? Who even thinks like that. It seems like they hire anybody at this daycare.

We love this center and the staff since our oldest started attending over three years ago. There is always open communication on what our kids are doing day to day and we always feel comfortable going to staff if there are any concerns or questions.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location, From day one I spoke with the director Stephanie she was so polite and made the process so smoothly answered all my questions and concerns. I may be like some of you where I am skeptical of leaving my children with anyone else. This was my first time enrolling my daughter in a daycare and let me tell you my expire so far has been amazing. Everyday I drop off and pick up my daughter the staff is always so kind not only that they say kids are you hardest critics and I can say My daughter comes home happy everyday her Co teachers are amazing Ms. Lupe And Ms. Ester have been so amazing. When my daughter first started daycare she was not potty trained but with their help and persistence we were able to work together to get her potty trained. Now she is officially potty trained!. The ideas they have in making sure your children do fun activities are is beyond my expectations. It's clean it's fun and on top of all of that the app is amazing fast communication you honestly feel like you're there with your child and that they are in great hands. They do so well in responding to your messages. So if you ask me coming from an over protective mama I highly recommend this location.
