I’m writing this review with a sad heart. Yesterday I had to take my daughter to the ER to get stitches. They called me telling me my daughter hurt herself. At first this was a good daycare, but then after the months passed I noticed it got bad. They were always low on staff making me lose days of work. My daughter would come home with scratches and bruises. I understand things happen, but it gets to a point where enough is enough. I told one of the teachers to please report everything to me, because they weren’t doing it. After that, I saw it kind of stopped. I was deciding whether or not to take my daughter to another daycare because it just had gotten so bad, but I didn’t and now I regret I didn’t. It’s crazy how I was paying all this money for them not to be watching my daughter the way they should of been. I just really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s child and I really hope now they will pay more attention to the children. It breaks my heart they let this happened when it could of been prevented. Only one teacher and the director was in the room. They don’t have enough people watching the children. I would say it’s dangerous to leave your child here. Please look for a place where your child will be cared for the way they should.

First impression is everything and this was not done at Kindercare Brookhaven Gurnee. Had an appt for tour for an infant. I spoke with Emily and she answer our questions. She showed us the infant room which was in the front but the office. We peeked in and that was it.Emily did not even show us tge rest of the facility. She also stated she would send all information as far as prices and everything else about Kindercare we never received and we went in April. We had 3 appts for daycare tours and Kindercare was the first appt. The other daycare follow up with us through email and text a few times. Thank us for our visit and asking if we needed anything else..Which was great. As far as Kindercare never heard from them nor received information that's was promised.Also when first walked in it had and order the rug was dirty. I won't be sending my infant here.

We are forever grateful for our Brookhaven KinderCare family! Our son has been going here for a year now and has had amazing experiences in the 2-year-old and now 3-year-old Pre-K classrooms. Every single teacher of his has truly been phenomenal, we are so impressed with their ability to nurture, care and guide our son towards tremendous educational, social and emotional progress. Our daughter just started in the infant room and we are so in love with her teachers in that classroom as well, top notch care, support and love that they are giving all the infants in that room. If I could give ten starts for this facility and staff, I would in a heartbeat!

First I would like to mention how amazing management is, both Emily and Nicki. They are really committed to providing the children with a fun and safe environment ( I am truly thankful with how loving and understanding they are as well).This daycare is an amazing place! I have been using this location for over 10years and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend sending your children to their center (they don't just babysit your child, they teach your child and allow them to be hands on). All of the teachers are friendly and attentive. I especially enjoy morning greetings from teachers my child has yet to experience its awesome they are engaging with all parents and not just their class. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind when this mommy is away .. 😊

We are very happy and grateful for the teachers and especially the directors. They have done a wonderful job making sure we feel comfortable as well as giving us a bunch of feedback throughout the day. I notice the teachers cleaning very frequently and taking the time to get to know each kid individually. We have been at previous day care centers where they aren’t clean and organized and I can tell the difference it makes for my children. I would recommend this place to anyone! Ms Nikki and Ms Emily are fabulous. Shout out to Ms Sarah, Ms Mayra, Ms Bobbie, Ms Odalys, and Ms Noeli for giving us such a wonderful experience.
