Kindercare Learning Center - Via Mercado

Kindercare has honestly been amazing. My baby has learned her colors, numbers, sounds of animals and sign language all in the first few months. The time they have with the kids is full of care, learning and meeting friends. The staff here truly care for kids and it truly shows everyday. My baby had a rough start with drop off and they made every effort to comfort her and calm her to be comfortable. I would HIGHLY rec I Rancho kindercare!

I can’t speak highly enough of this KinderCare. My husband and I feel truly blessed that we found this place to bring our baby girl. We checked out several places and even though it’s more of a drive for us than some other facilities near us, it’s worth it 100%. It was so difficult to bring her to daycare at only 3.5months so we could go back to work but every time she goes we know she is doted on and stimulated and happy! The infant teachers are truly amazing ladies and the director has even come to call our girl ‘My little Olivia.’ I love that! The place is absolutely spotless, the teacher to infant ratio is better than most, and we are notified all throughout the day of what new adventures she is experiencing. My sister is a teacher and confirmed that the accreditation this school has is top-notch and no easy thing to achieve and maintain and I can see why they have it. Thank you to Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Kendra, and to all the infant teachers for all you do. Thank you for giving us peace of mind and making our baby girl smile everyday.

We have had a great experience with Kindercare Rancho San Diego. They were very supportive in helping our little one transition from being home with mom for over a year to moving into daycare. We have seen great progress in our little one’s developmental progress and are excited to see continued growth. The staff is great at communication and seem to truly care about the kiddos in their care. We also love getting videos and pictures during the day! Thank you for all your support this far!

Teaching staff is great. Unfortunately the director has been less than cooperative with working with my (foster)/adopted 4 y/o grandson. He experienced trauma with his bio family and his foster family did not afford him with a childcare experience. He has been with us 1 1/2 years. He was enrolled in Kindercare immediately (his older sibling had a great experience here under previous management). My daughter engaged a therapist to work with the 4 y/o but met resistance from the director when asked for the therapist to observe in his classroom. After the observation, a plan of care was devised by the therapist, reviewed with director and mother, signed in agreement to facilitate the recommended plan. After a month since signed, the plan has not been implemented. With in a week of signing (his 4th birthday) he NOT ALLOWED to have his cupcakes and to celebrate with his class friends due to his behavior. Since then he has been sent home early on 2 occasions with the following day as a suspension day..... with treat of disenrollment. The other option given was to have a personal aide with him (at mother's expense). The recommended plan has yet to be implemented. (I'm not sure the teachers have been informed of the signed agreed upon plan! Therefore they are unable to participate in helping him change his problem behaviors.). I WOULD NOT recommend this facility under this current leadership if you have a child with behavior challenges. A very frustrated grandmother.

Rancho San Diego Kindercare have been wonderful to our family during a difficult time. They took my granddaughter in and accommodated our specific needs. I highly recommend this center. Great administration, quality teachers, clean, organized and good care for the children.
