Little Sprouts Academy - Infant

My daughter attended this facility for two days and it was an awful experience. The teachers including management is very rude and dismissive. When we brought up anything to them their response was we can’t watch all of our friends. I did see a bad review and it looks like it got deleted so my review may get deleted as well. A WARNING to all considering learning jungle. They pick their favorites, my child was eating sand (two days in a row) had marker all over her clothes (she could have had it in her mouth), had an ice cube they use for accidents in her mouth (choking hazard) because somehow it ended up in the classroom accessible to her, got sick on the third day when we withdrew her. Everytime we picked her up there was one teacher playing with the same group of kids and one just standing around, but not paying attention to what the kids are doing. Also they never answer their phone so if there is an emergency you have to go to the center to speak to them. They called me on the first day to ask me to come pick up my child because she wouldn’t wake up from her nap and the other kids can’t go outside and supposedly there is a rule stating that they can’t wake her up even though it’s past their nap time. This is unheard of and so inconvenient. I wasn’t able to pick up my daughter because that day I already had to go back to the location twice before because of their lack of communication. Save yourself the headache, this Place may look like it’s good for your child, but internally it’s all messed up. My child has since been taken to a daycare facility near our home and she has been thriving. Learning jungle is the worst daycare I have ever dealt with.

We toured several daycare facilities when we were researching our options and after visiting Learning Jungle Rancho we were immediately impressed with the updated facilities. The campus feels recently renovated and clean. We were further impressed with the large outdoor play space, plenty of shade when needed, and well maintained. And now after having our little one enrolled for several months, what we appreciate most is the incredible and caring staff. They are extremely hard working, attentive, communicative and genuinely care. They post regularly to an app that allows us to track our little one's food, sleep, and diaper changes as well as snap photos of them throughout the day. And an added bonus is their large parking lot always seems to have open spaces, which makes pick up and drop off a breeze. Highly recommend them to any parents that are considering.

Love love Rancho learning Jungle My daughter & son both attend this location and it’s been a great journey. Ms.Jennifer (director) has been very helpful with getting my children situated. She also is very informative with any questions I may have about the children’s classes and more. My daughter’s teacher ms.lynn has worked with my daughter with great patience. My sons teacher Ms.Melissa has been very caring to my son & has ensured any worries I have had leaving him there being so little.

Learning jungle has been the most amazing experience and the best choice I could have made for my daughter. She was attending for a year before we unfortunately had to move and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It’s such a welcoming and home like place. My 3 year old daughter absolutely loved attending due to having such caring and loving teachers. All she talks about at home and to family is how much she loved Mrs Vanessa and Mrs Lynn. Since the day I went to tour it and met everyone I knew that was the place I wanted my daughter to attend, I had toured 2 other daycares near by and none can even compare to learning jungle in Rancho San Diego. They really focused on teaching my daughter to speak write and do so much more. It’s always so upkept, always so clean and smells amazing, and best of all the teachers treat the kids so great. As a mom that’s was always my worry as you hear so much that happens at day care but nope not here and hey make sure to communicate absolutely everything they eat, do and even how long they sleep. Having an app where even when I’m at work I can easily see how my daughter is, with daily pictures and updates. I will forever be greatful for getting the opportunity I got taking my daughter there.

Learning Jungle has gone above and beyond for my families needs, especially for my baby who is 3.5 months. Meeting with Jenny to tour the school I felt like I was with family. She made everything seem as if school was a home. Through her gentle nature and explanation, I knew we made the right decision. The days that I drop off I feel so welcomed, and that my baby is loved. When I pick up, I get a full report from the teachers. I also have access to it with the parental portal, however, getting the report verbally is something that makes everything better and shows me they care than just being nice. If you need a school, Learning Jungle is it.
