Kindercare Learning Center - San Juan (Preschool)

I literally could not imagine my daughters anywhere else. I’m 100% confident that they are loved and cared for while I am at work. This is set up more like a school with classrooms and activities. They are so patient with the kids and are constantly doing different things. During the summer they have water play once a week, they did a petting zoo, a train ride, a bubble foam party. I mean above and beyond and I’m so grateful that my babies are here with all these wonderful teachers.

Horrible they take it upon themselves to find an action plan for your child without telling the parent. The kids sit on the floor in the hallway from 6:30am 7:30am and they get mad at a toddler for being impatient. If they open at 6:30 they need to be fully staff at 6:30. I’m looking for a lawyer as we speak.

San Juan- KinderCare has been an amazing place for our daughter to make friends and learn. The staff is overwhelmingly kind and treat the kids like they were their own. I feel safe knowing my daughter is being taken care of by her great teachers.

Just want to give a huge shoutout to kindercare. Kindercare staff has been a huge part of my family especially Dawna she's been here since I started for over a decade now. They have taken both of my boys in with open arms. The loving care and the support that the staff provides for the children and parents are amazing. They have a wonderful app that provides you with updates throughout the day and it keeps me at ease not to worry about my children. They provide learning skills, communication skills, playful activities, safety skills, meeting new friends, they are getting our children ready for the next steps for the world. The classrooms are clean and the children "get yummy food" in my youngest voice throughout the day, I just want to say thank you for all you do for our children and thank you all for your kindness and patience. We LOVE kindercare and we might not say it enough but you do not go unnoticed and we appreciate all your support and effort.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about San Juan Kindercare and the staff I've met there. My son's behavior and sense of accomplishment has greatly improved since attending. He also loves his teachers and classmates. One of the things that attracted us to this location is the consideration of continuing to mask and sanitize. None of the other preschools we looked at were careful enough to try to do this. The precautions are very much appreciated. Editing my response after finding out how the classroom size is inappropriate and certain teachers emotionally scarred my daughter and bullied children with behavioral struggles. Calling out Ms Carol. Sad to do it. What I saw was not ok. Belittling and throwing toys that looked like rats is not funny. There was also not enough support in my son's class for him and his teacher. The office staff and administrative staff were very helpful however. It's just overshadowed but the classroom size and lack of help for kids with special needs. Not to mention bullying kids. My daughter was already an excellent student but she oftens seemed broken hearted when I kicked her up and she was afraid to tell me untimely after she left Kindercare how she felt about the one teacher. I cannot condone her practice.
