My daughter has been at Kindercare Novi for 3 years and we have not had a bad experience. The teachers are kind and give my daughter so much warmth and affection. She loves going to school every day. She is now in GSRP and thriving! I would highly recommend Novi Kindercare.

We’re very happy with the center — everyone, including the teachers and the director, are so kind and understanding. My kid is learning a lot and feels very comfortable there. She has felt loved and supported. We truly appreciate the warmth and understanding we’ve received since we arrived to the US. Thanks for love our daughter :)

My 13 month has been going for the past couple months and absolutely loves it. Ms. Pam and Ms. Denise make sure to greet you every morning with a warm smile and then they make sure they get any updates and ask how your babe was that morning; showing they generally care. You get real time updates of your child’s activities, actions, food/bottle intake, and diaper changes! The updates and pictures help soothe any 1st time mommas fears! ( like mine) Thank you KinderCare of Novi for caring for my baby like he was your own! I know he is in good hands at the Novi KinderCare ❤️

My son has been attending Novi KinderCare since he was about 5 months old (now 15 months). Day care in general seemed like an unpleasant necessity to me so I didn't go in with high hopes. Our experience at Novi KinderCare has blown me away. The teachers are so experienced and caring. Everyone is friendly and knows my son's name. My son loves seeing his friends at drop off and is always having fun when I pick him up. I am so impressed by all the crafts they do, even with infants. They are so brave for finger/foot painting with so many tiny ones! The KinderCare app is nice. I always get information on diaper changes, meals, and naps as they happen. I usually get several pictures/videos of my son having fun throughout the day as well. I feel like Novi KinderCare is a good size. Small enough where everyone knows everyone, but big enough to have good resources. They provide diapers and breakfast/lunch/afternoon snack which is so convenient!! Also, check with your employer to see if you are eligible for a discount code.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My son went to the GSRP program at this location. He didn’t speak English in the beginning, and at the end of the program I can’t make him stop talking. Every caregiver and teacher at Novi KinderCare are professional and kind, they made me feel safe and always calm about leaving my son there. I truly appreciate Ms. Tori, the director, and her leadership. This place is a real gem. We will always remember it dearly
