Kindercare Learning Center

I highly recommend this center. My kid was in the infant room and is now in the toddler room. She loves going to "school" and I am confident she is getting excellent attention. When we initially joined the center, there was a high turnover of staff - this was also the case at our previous daycare center. Now, the turnover has stabilized and the staff are amazing. Everyone knows my kid and what's going on with her. The directors are very responsive to our needs and I couldn't ask for more from the teachers. They go above and beyond to verbally update me during pick up about how my kid's day went. This info adds to the written report that we take home. The center is organized and considerate of our needs. I am confident to say that my kid is genuinely loved by the staff. She learns so much every day with the guided and free time activities. I think what the center lacks in "flashy" appearance is overcompensated for by caring and thoughtful interactions with my kid.

We've been at MV KinderCare since April 2021 (transferred from another KinderCare location to be closer to home). My son is in the infant room and we get daily updates on activities/art projects that he does to foster cognitive development and creative expression. I love that there are intentional activities planned to encourage learning and appreciate how communicative the teachers and Center Director are. Additionally, when it came time to introduce solids to my son, MV KinderCare staff worked with us to develop a plan to provide our son with school-based food, taking into account his food allergies. I really appreciate the care and attention he receives at MV KinderCare!

The staff feels like Family and I couldn't live without them! They are truly wonderful people who CARE about my son AND his education. Policy is very important but so are people's needs/feelings. At this school they follow Policy but take the time to communicate the why's and how's. Unlike at other schools I've been to.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this center. This was my son's first daycare and although the first couple of months were great, the last 6 months I had to deal with multiple incident reports weekly for biting. My son got multiple bites all over his body and face (one of them which became a scar!). After talking to the center director several times, nothing was being done to stop the situation. They simply did not care and told me it was a toddlers "normal" reaction of frustration... Just sad.

I do not recommend this center. The Management team is fake and the teachers dont give you the time of day to ask about your childs day. I feel my child is a number ($$) to them verse a human that wants to play and learn
