Kindercare Learning Center

We are grateful for the wonderful experience our daughter had during her one and a half years at this daycare. She was in two different classes and had many teachers, and every single one of them was exceptionally caring and attentive to her individual needs. A good example of their dedication is how they handled her drop-off crying. When the teacher noticed that food could calm her down, they began preparing a bowl of Cheerios for her every morning, no matter how late we were. Beyond the classroom, all the staff members are consistently nice and courteous. They take the time to know every child by name, and it’s clear our daughter felt comfortable and happy there. Communication with the center has always been prompt and reliable; we were immediately notified of any minor accidents that occurred. The center director is also highly responsive and quick to address any issues that arise in the classroom between kids. This professionalism and care from every level of staff made us feel completely at ease.

We recently moved our toddler from another branch to the Milpitas Abel KinderCare, and the transition has been truly amazing. Within just a few weeks, our child was comfortably settled in, visibly happier, and clearly felt at home in the new environment. The center itself is always bright, cheerful, and filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities. The staff are exceptionally warm, polite, and welcoming. From day one, they’ve shown genuine care and attentiveness toward our child’s needs. They have also been prompt and thoughtful in addressing any questions or concerns we’ve had, which has given us great peace of mind. We deeply appreciate the nurturing and positive atmosphere the teachers and staff create every day.

Kindercare has always been first choice for both of our kids. Our elder one spent more than 2 years in Milpitas Kindercare and has got true love, care and learning. With our second one Kindercare became straight forward decesion. We love to visit the facility, greet teachers, we get regular updates through the app and can communicate easily with the team. Ms. Fara and Ms. Yesenia are taking care of the center very well. Thank you and keep doing great work.

We have been part of the Milpitas kindercare family for two years now. Our daughter started in the Toddler room, then moved to the Discovery preschool, and currently in the preschool class. We're extremely delighted with the experience as all the teachers and staff go above and beyond in ensuring an excellent environment for the kids. They helped our daughter cross the different milestones with special mention for all the patience and support with potty training. We feel happy as our daughter enjoys her time there and we appreciate the different indoor and outdoor activities they organize at the place. Everyone from the Director to Asst. Director, class teachers to the support staff are kind, warm, and always supportive. They listen to any concerns and offer a supportive approach to work towards the issue as a family. We're happy our friends recommended this location; we understand as parents it can get tough to find the right place where the kids can have a great time, while feeling loved and cared at the same time. We're happy to see our daughter grow and make so many memories with everyone at Kindercare :) Update to previous review: Review for Preschool class Room 6 Our daughter is attending the preschool class at Kindercare for almost 9-10 months now and we thoroughly appreciate the experience. We appreciate Room 6 Ms. Maria's fine balance between love and discipline that our daughter understands her words so well! Ms. Maria and Room 6 teachers take efforts to include new fun lessons including unique science experiments that really engage the kids. Themes like science, all about books, dinosaurs etc. are so engaging and interesting. I also appreciate Ms. Maria's communication because she patiently understands our inputs and makes suggestions based on our daughter's needs. The photos and videos on the app are so special because we get a chance to see our child grow while making new friends. We have seen a major change in our daughter's vocabulary; she really loves to talk and make new sentences. She also enjoys scribbling and attempts to write due to the fun activities in school. We couldn't be happier to continue our daughter here for the preschool program. Special mention of the fun summer activities specially the Foam party. The entire session was organized so well! Keep up the great work to all the staff and teachers at Abel Kindercare. There is definitely something special about the family-centric approach here.

Like many other parents, I was initially skeptical about enrolling my child in daycare at such a young age. However, Kindercare Milpitas has truly become a second home for my son. He enjoys his time there and has already built some wonderful friendships. The teachers are incredibly helpful—not just to the children, but also to parents. As a first-time mom, I’ve learned so much from them. They are exceptionally caring and extremely supportive. I’m forever grateful to all the staff members at Kindercare. They always greet us warmly, and I see that same kindness reflected in my son’s behavior. I also love their curriculum. A special thank you to Ms. Reina and Ms. Shareese from Room 5—they are truly the best of the best, and I can’t thank them enough for the love and care they’ve given to my son. I’m happy and proud of my decision to enroll my child at this facility, and I would highly recommend it to other parents.
