The reviews left on this specific location are much deserved. With a 3.7 rating on Google it goes to show the trouble that follows enrollment, that being said- please don't allow your confirmation bias to screw you over in the long run. For specifics: 1st. We never received any type of appointment, never signed any papers other than filling out the enrollment form, and never received a handbook until last week. (My child has been attending KinderCare for a few months prior) 2nd. The teachers there are great to my knowledge, the higher ups: waved about two weeks of pay (even though they claim in their defense that they are not supposed to wave any fee whatsoever) when we had notified them of thanksgiving that our son would not be attending. That in fact did not matter to them, 3 days out of the week and we would still have to pay 300 for that week, ridiculous. 3rd. I can't speak for other parents, for us however, they had charged an early weekly fee, setting us way over the limit and are now claiming we owe around 1k. So it's either we pay for a service we did not receive- or our credit takes a beat down. Two low income contract working parents trying their best. 4th. They had run us through Tulsa about a month ago hunting for formula quickly before we had to clock in as they "can not make their own bottles" following that same day they then proceeded to make more bottles with the formula cans they hold, and over fed my child. (Will be a report to DHS for sure. 5th. Dont even bother contacting the district manager, in our attempt to explain the situation and receive some type of understanding or forgiveness for a misunderstanding that was caused entirely by poor management, she had contacted the location to notify them that we are not allowed to bring our son up there today. Meaning we are both clocked in and trying to take care of our son at the same time. Hopefully you will steer clear of this unless you're well off in today's world to afford the trouble, needless to say that all of this ridiculousness will result in a call to my lawyer.
I was dropping my son off one morning. I walked around to my son’s class room one of the workers picked this child up by his arms and tossed him across the room. It was very disturbing to me that my son never returned it was report DHS which doesn’t mean that will help. As I was walking out with my child, the lady up front I told her my child will not be back to kinder care, she didn’t ask why or what was wrong Not a care at all she was aid ok… who Evers child’s that was Ian truly sorry it was so sad The tall blond in the two year class is the one that tossed the small child.
They kicked my autistic son out of the school he’s been going two for 3 years. Because he recently started biting other people’s kids. Which I understand is not ok. But neither is kicking out a disabled kid. Neither is it legal under ada law. Bbb has been contacted.
They do not have their ducks in order this location specifically and corporate entirely. They wrongfully kicked us out because of there own mistakes. And don't expect corporate to help anything. I've contacted every number and emailed with nothing to help. I heard many unhappy parents complain how they toke there kid/ kids out of their care and are much happier with there new daycare should have been my warning ⚠️ but i gave them the benefit of a doubt and even worked for them. I didn't listen, learn from my mistakes. The sad part is Many of the teacher where absolutely wonderfull! And I hated that my son loved being their and got kicked out for their own fault. Watch I'll get a comment 🤣
My son has been going here since he was 2 years old and it was great at first and once he moved into a new class room, he's teachers were not the same ones. Also the app they have were they give updates, they don't always fill it out. Then he got into the Pre-K class room and the teacher for in there never communicated right with us. She would also send my son home with our underwear even though he has extra pairs in his cubby. I would say that our best experience was when we were in the twos class with Ms. Brittany, my son loves her.
