I LOVE the teachers and atmosphere at KinderCare! The staff here are just so so amazing with my son (he is an infant). Each day he is supported, cared for, played with, and loved. It’s so hard as a first time mom leaving my son to go to work for the day, but leaving him here has been the best decision my husband and I could have made. I highly recommend it here. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you to the amazing KinderCare staff ❤️

I cannot say enough great things about KinderCare Lancaster West! This is the second KinderCare facility my son has attended, as we moved from VA to CA, and the difference is night and day. Unlike our previous experience, which felt more like a typical daycare, this location truly operates like a school. The structured curriculum constantly evolves, introducing new subjects in creative and engaging ways. My son is always bringing home fun projects, and I’ve seen incredible improvements in his writing skills. The teachers here are simply phenomenal—each one brings kindness, energy, and a genuine love for the children. Their dedication is evident in the way they make learning exciting and in how they create such a warm, nurturing environment. The meals they provide always smell delicious and have played a huge role in expanding my son's palate. The facility director, Loretta, is the heart of KinderCare Lancaster West. She is always present, supportive, and goes above and beyond to make every child’s experience special. From organizing visits from Santa and the Grinch during Christmas to planning an incredible summer program with snow cone trucks and foam parties, she truly makes this place magical. She even coordinates fun spirit weeks with themed dress-up days to keep the excitement going. We are so grateful to have found this wonderful facility. It’s more than just a daycare—it’s a place where kids thrive, learn, and feel truly cared for!

We love this KinderCare! All the teachers and staff are very friendly and polite. My daughter’s teachers are so caring and have been extremely helpful in working with us as my daughter grows and progresses. We started there in 2017 with the infant room. And the teachers were so crucial in helping her meet critical milestones. They were all so easy to work with and never overstepped boundaries. Now we are getting ready to move to the “Two’s Room”. If you want a family like atmosphere and a group of people who really get to know your child and truly care, this is the place.

My daughter is blossoming at this school. She is learning to talk more than she did with her speech therapist. Everyday we get photos and constant updates which makes me aware of what she is doing and learning throughout the day. I love this school. Thank you so much for all the amazing work that you all put into it.

I truly believe this KinderCare has got to be the best daycare in the AV! It is well run and staffed with people who absolutely adore our baby. We’ve been there about a year now and have had nothing but great experiences. Our baby smiles ear to ear whenever we drop her off and is warmly greeted by the ladies in the infant room. We toured about 5 daycares before selecting this KinderCare and could not be happier!
