My daughter has gone to Kinder Care at Renaissance since she was 5 months old and she absolutely loves it. All the teachers are fantastic especially those (Ms. Sarah, Ms. Catherine, Ms. Alex, Ms. Suzan, Ms. Claire, Ms. Regina) that have cared for our daughter. As you can see it takes a village. They do a great job of keeping the kids engaged and the parents informed. Our daughter has thrived and is developing wonderfully. We are so thankful we made the choice to entrust this great staff with our princess. Definitely recommend!

Very nice place to leave your child in. My kid went there a year ago for half of the year. I was pleased with all the teachers and Director. I'm really surprised with feedbacks below - went through multiple child care centers and this one is the most organized and the best managed I've seen so far. Teachers were attentive to my kid and the boy learned a lot, he loved the place! We are not from US - so, my kid was not fluent in English, after half a year in this place -- he improved significantly. Best wishes to KinderCare stuff and I'm pleased to say - I recommend it to all the people who ask me about a good child care places.

For teacher appreciation day Kindercare Corporate has had the director of the school ask all of the parents to post Google reviews. The teachers are absolutely amazing! They're the reasons why we send our child there. Unfortunately, the teachers are grossly underpaid. But it should tell you a lot that Kindercare Corporate is asking parents to post reviews of the teachers for teacher appreciation day on the Kindercare business page. To think that they'd use our love of the teachers as a marketing ploy is pathetic. How about rewarding the teachers instead? They're the reasons why this company is in business. So net-net: the teachers are amazing yet corporate thinks the parents are all naive, and they need to treat their employees better.

We have the very best teachers. The infant class is AMAZING (shout out the ladies, as Kindercare should bonus you guys out in the top tier). The Toddler room run by Ms. Suzanne, Ms. Catherine and Ms Kayla are fantastic. After my kiddies left the infant room, these ladies had patience of GOD to deal with the first two weeks. They are kind, caring, and everything you want in caregivers. They love my little kids. Then there is DPS Pre-school....which Ms. Kaya and Ms. Claire are wonderful. They have a class of 2 year olds - they potty train, teach sight words, count, so music, play outside, and love the kids. You walk into any room, and it is decorated with the kids artwork, has music playing, and books all around. The ONLY corporate Kindercare policy that is awful is that the company cut the professional cleaning crew. Kindercare Corporate indicates the teachers can clean nightly. That fundamentally annoys me and makes me angry because I want my teachers to be 100% focused on their students and not about cleaning toys at night. I have written Kindercare corporate, and the answer is that the teachers will clean better than professionals because it is their classroom. Kindercare - you can do better then this .... my kiddies teachers love their kids. That is their job - not to clean toilets. Put the cleaning contract back in place!

The twos room with Ms. Catherine, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Alex is awesome! We get great photos and videos everyday. My daughter also comes home and teaches us about circle time and has us sing songs with her. A true sign she loves her time at daycare!
