The whole team at King of Prussia Kindercare is wonderful. My son has attended Kindercare here for almost 1.5 years now and absolutely adores the teachers and friends he has made. If you have a child with food allergies - rest assured they have it covered. My son has a lot of food allergies and staff is very diligent when it comes food prep and ingredient lists. They truly care about the children and take the time for individual assistance. Monthly calendars are filled with tons of fun activities to keep the kids engaged. This center also host events on site including parents. I can’t say enough good things, and definitely recommend KOP Kindercare.

I have had my daughter in this daycare for a few months and I love it. The process from touring to signing up was quick, easy, and Jillian is very insightful and responsive. The teachers and environment are very pleasant and calm. I get daily updates with activities, photos, and feel comfortable talking with teachers to ask questions about my baby, etc. Especially since this is my first baby it's helpful to ask about any tips, or tricks they may have. I feel confident in the care that my kid receives at this daycare and feel it is a very welcoming, and clean facility. All of the children seem happy and the security is good too. A very pleasant community and team with lots of activities and good curriculums for young ages.

Jillian and her entire team are truly wonderful! My daughters have been there for four years and we have had an excellent experience. They really know and understand each child and take great care of them, nurturing their growth and confidence. At this point, they feel like family! There are too many wonderful points to list but to highlight a few : *The level of communication is unmatched. They keep me posted on every detail of their day and their wellbeing, and are always available if there is anything I need to discuss. *They are accommodating and flexible with schedules. Last year they heard that we had a sudden death in our immediate family and they reached out to me that afternoon to offer condolences and suggest bringing the girls the next day even though they weren’t scheduled for it so we could focus on making arrangements. * The staff. Jillian is the director and very involved in the day to day. Many of the teachers have been there a long time, know every child (not just their class), and provide a loving & fun environment. We have had multiple teachers over the years as my girls moved up in age, and have not had one complaint about anyone there. They are all exceptional! I could go on and on but ultimately, I trust them immensely and highly recommend this Kindercare location. They make it easy to be a full time working parent knowing that my girls are learning and growing in the best possible care.

My child did not attend this daycare. I called to inquire about any openings. The woman who answered the phone wasn't aware, so she asked someone in her proximity and they told me no. The next day I receive and email from Jillian about the open house and scheduling a tour. I confirmed it was the same place I called prior and explained what happened. Then got no response back. Seems a bit unprofessional and unorganized.

I have a daughter and a son who were both enrolled at this location starting at 3 months old. My daughter is now in elementary school, but my son still attends PreK. I love it here mainly because my kids love it. It has just gotten better over the years. The curriculum has improved and the KinderCare app is awesome. My son already knows basic math and can recognize all of his letters, numbers, and even some sight words at 4 years old. My daughter is still friends with several of the kids she met at KinderCare despite attending different elementary schools and occasionally talks about her KinderCare teachers years later. A really great part about this location is they serve snacks and meals so once bottles are done all you have to send them in with is a water bottle. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for child care. They have helped us out immensely through the years. They truly care for the kids and they aren't just watching them while you are at work. They are teaching them skills they will need to be successful in the future.
