Kindercare Learning Center

I thought this place was pretty nice… but at drop off today, I was shown otherwise, at least regarding the toddlers teacher. My son is a mamas boy and has a hard time at drop off. Nothing too crazy, just upset and got the waterworks, I dropped him off in his class, the teacher gave neither of us any acknowledgment, sighed when he started crying, and appeared extremely annoyed. Furthermore, she was wearing leggings that were way too small, leaving about 2-3” of her buttcrack hanging out. Two kids were staring at it… extremely unprofessional behavior already at this point. Still I give her the benefit of the doubt give my son a kiss, and head out. Something told me to go back and see if he had even been acknowledged or not. He had not.. he was standing in the corner of the room in the same spot, crying, and she was completely ignoring him. Not once was she even addressing the kids or talking to them, let alone teaching them. She looked like she hated her job, which is not okay in an occupation with children who rely on their teachers!! We unfortunately will not be coming back… I’ll have to change my work schedule because of this. They hire anyone nowadays. It’s sad.

had to wait almost 30 minutes at pickup cuz I forgot i had to have a code, and nobody answered the phone when I called. The assistant lady was straight-up rude and unprofessional. Jaya or jada was just standing there watching, rolling her eyes, and then started yelling at the kids instead of helping i wouldnt ever recommend this place. my grandchildren come home sick or hurt almost every other day, and nobody tells me what’s going on. most of the time they come home smelling like pee /barely wiped with poop still on them and with a full pull up. we pay for this?! It’s ridiculous!!!!!! they clearly don’t care about the kids or the parents, and it’s not safe. Stay away!!!

All of the teachers in the infant classes are the BEST! They’re always so sweet and attentive to my baby. They’re really good about communicating and making sure they’re on top of everything too. The office staff is also great with communication and they do an amazing job of making it feel like a friendly atmosphere! We were anxious about sending our baby to daycare, but this place has been such a blessing.

We absolutely LOVE this center! The staff is amazing with caring for our little one and communicating with us throughout the day! And they take their time with all kids, our daughter has learned how to be more social and she can recognize shapes, colors, animals, etc. We highly recommend KinderCare to anyone who needs a daycare.

We've had our child enrolled for almost 6 months and have been very happy with the care provided for them. Brittany and Tonya are doing a wonderful job managing the center and the teachers they hire have really good rapport with parents and children. You can tell they really enjoy doing what's best for the children in their classrooms and they're wonderful to work together with in providing a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for everyone in the classroom.
