Kindercare Learning Center

The staff, environment, and overall experience with Concord KinderCare has been excellent. The front staff, teachers, aides, and directors are phenomenal to work with. When my child was feeling nervous about going to school they collaborated with us to make my child feel extra support during that time. I am very grateful to have found this center and look forward to my next child attending as well.

This is the most important review I will ever write. Being a new parent and dropping your child at daycare for the first time the emotions are overwhelming. But the staff here made this transition for us beyond easy and made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease with this transition into daycare. Our son has been attending KinderCare since he was about 5 months old. The teachers and staff here have been the kindest and most caring people to our son. They keep us up to date with what is going on from day to day and the progress and growth of our son. He has learned so much here and has made so may friends!! My wife and I are beyond grateful for the staff and teachers at KinderCare.

We moved and started at kinder care during the beginning of the pandemic. It was challenging to leave my kids but the staff here have always been so welcoming, encouraging, responsive, and kid centered. They’ve created a warm and nurturing environment and have always been responsive to my questions and concerns. My kids love going and look forward to school days and seeing their friends and teachers. I highly recommend kindercare!

I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my daughter. She’s 2 and we started taking her to this location almost a year ago and since she started, she has developed immensely all thanks to the staff!! Her teacher Catherine has helped me wean my daughter off her pacifier, potty train, be comfortable in someone else’s care, and greatly improve her speech. Catherine and this facility are invaluable to my family. Catherine is like having your grandma watch your child except she’s young and super cool!

Oh my gosh, where do I even begin? I love this place. The staff and teachers are all so amazing. I have two sons enrolled here and they are both thriving! My youngest started in the infant room at 16 weeks. It's never an easy thing, dropping your baby off for the first time, but the gals in that room--Colleen, Teresa, Lindsey, Sandhya--made it totally ok. I could tell that he was loved and cared for by these sweet women. My older son started in the toddler room after we removed him from an in-home facility. The difference was immediate and wonderful! At KC, he is with a group of his peers with a real education (no TV!) delivered that is age-appropriate. His language skills took off in a stunning way. The teachers in the toddler room are wonderful--patient, sweet, caring, and they run the room really well. Over all, this center feels like a family. The teachers all know me and my kids--even the teachers who don't have my kids in class. Like I said, it's never easy leaving your kids, but leaving them at the Concord Kindercare really puts my mind at ease.
