Amy is such a fantastic director she always greets us when we come in and if for whatever reason she's not in the front greeting us it's because she's always monitoring the center to ensure coverage and that everyone is taking their breaks and lunches. There have been times where I have seen her taking care of classes on her own to ensure breaks and lunches and I greatly appreciate that commitment. We started coming here when Amy was brand new but I would have assumed she's been here for years the way she works. To date, under Amy's direction, I have had nothing less than a smooth process with KinderCare and have experienced nothing less than a committed staff. As a past client and returning client now, I can say my experience is way better this time around. The new team is extremely committed, I'm very happy with the new assistant director as well, she's always in the front to greet if Amy is covering elsewhere I like that they alternate and I appreciate Amy always carrying the phone and always answering, something I never experienced before. Thank you Amy and team 🥳

Been taking the kid here for half a year. The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. Haven't had any problems so far.

My daughter did so amazing in just 3 short months with Higgins Ranch Kindercare. She went in crawling and came out walking!! We sadly had to leave but hope to be able to return in the near future. We will greatly miss the caring staff but we will be back to visit soon. Thank you for everything!

My 3 year old son has been going here since he was a little over one. He loves going here, he comes home clean and eats all his meals and sleeps well. The curriculums are enriching and they really teach self reliance. We are very satisfied.

THIS STAFF GIVES KINDERCARE A BAD NAME!! BEWARE! To prevent from being long winded I will create a list. (9 year old daughter, registered in before and after school transportation and tutoring.) 1. My child was left at school for 3 hours without being picked up. When I called to figure out why I wasn't informed she wasn't in their care, the Director told me it was not their responsibility to inform me of her whereabouts…... I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP! I later found my child on the school grounds alone. (Keep in mind I was paying $175 weekly for transportation). 2. Her homework was never complete. No homework assistance is given to school-age kids. I know they sell this "homework help time" It's a lie. The "teachers" job for school-age kids is simply to let them play outside, and keep them busy with their individual electronic devices. 3. It smells like urine. As soon as you enter the 2nd door where the children are kept, you can smell dirty diapers that have not been properly disposed. The first time I smelled it, I understood because there could have been an unexpected accident with a toddler etc. But it was EVERYDAY. (Really gross) 4. Lastly Jennifer and Jessica are the rudest individuals I have ever encountered in childcare. They should not be working there. Emily tried numerous times to fix their lack of professionalism. I have no qualms with Emily, she was never rude to me. Jennifer spoke to me in a aggressive and demeaning tone when I was trying to locate my child. I have no choice to believe it was racially charged. She is extremely chummy with children and parents who look like her, but I noticed her conversations and attitude when speaking to individuals of color.... It is unacceptable. My child was left, anything could have happened, and neither Jennifer nor Jessica cared at all. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
