I cannot recommend Leesburg KinderCare highly enough! From the moment we joined, it has been evident that KinderCare prioritizes flexibility and parent satisfaction. The director, Ana, is incredibly accommodating, consistently willing to work with our schedule and any unique needs we have - I’m always requesting day swaps, extended weeks, and/or shortened weeks and every single time the answer is “no problem.” They truly understand that each family is different, making it easy for us to navigate our busy lives. What stands out the most though is their commitment to providing an enriching environment for the kids. Our son is only two so can’t tell us yet about all the things he is doing, but KinderCare sends photos and videos all day long and its clear the day is packed with a diverse range of educational, creative, and engaging hands-on learning experiences. From fun spirit weeks and days, to special events and in-house guest visits (from the fire department, zoo, etc.), to water play days, lots of time spent outside, party days… every thing about this place is the BEST! It's truly heartwarming to see how much our son enjoys his time at “school” (what we call KinderCare at our house) and the genuine connections he has formed with both his teachers and peers. If you are looking for a daycare that not only feels like a second home but also combines flexibility, educational enrichment, and a caring staff, KinderCare is the perfect choice! We highly recommend it to any parent looking for the best for their child. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our son!

So grateful for the team at KinderCare Leesburg. Don't be put off by the older architecture, it's what's inside that counts. My children started off at a different daycare, and in hindsight I wish I had enrolled them here. - The staff genuinely care about the families and children - Many of the staff have been there an extended time, there is not the constant turnover sometimes at other daycares - For the cost, so much is included, the children's (healthy) meals, the activities, diapers, wipes, linens, other daycares either charge extra for these, or you have the added mental load of making sure there are linens, diapers, wipes etc. - The hours are really helpful, they are open longer than some centers, and don't have frequent closures, which would make it hard when you have to work which I experienced at a different provider. Thank you so much to the team knowing my baby is being cared for.

I cannot express how much I love this place. From the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank the lovely women who run this facility enough. They care for my child as their own. They are organized, kind, empathetic, the list goes on and on. They take my child’s medical issues very seriously. I never worry about her when she is their care. My daughter tells me all the time that she loves school like she loves home. They are incredible people and thank you for all that you do

The director and staff are wonderful, and went completely out of their way to be the only facility in Leesburg to accommodate our before and after school care needs for our child as working parents. They are down-to-earth, friendly, and caring people, which is hard to find in Northern VA! They pay attention to detail and make using the Army fee assistance program a breeze as well. We are thankful for this care center and our son loves it too.
