So far we have had a great experience at this center. I love the teachers that work with my children. They are caring, attentive, and seem to know my son’s personality, which is something that feels really good considering he spends long days there. The teachers in the infant room have also been great, and very helpful getting my baby used to bottles. The director and assistant director have been helpful and responsive to emails, questions, and any concerns we had when we first started.

Moving to a new area can be challenging, especially when transitioning a child to a new school. However, our experience with Hershey KinderCare has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff has been exceptional in making our family feel welcome and ensuring a smooth adjustment for our daughter. Our daughter's primary teacher, Ms. Laqasia, has been a standout. It warms our hearts to hear our daughter express how much she loves her each day. We also appreciate Ms. Payton and Ms. Megan, who are always friendly and greet our child warmly in the mornings. The daily photo updates are a fantastic way to stay connected and see our daughter engaged in learning and activities. It's clear that she is growing and developing in a nurturing environment. We also want to acknowledge Ms. Angelica and Ms. Bailey. They have been incredibly helpful and readily available to answer any questions we've had. Their proactive check-ins during the initial weeks truly demonstrated their care and commitment to ensuring a comfortable transition for our family. Overall, we are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Hershey KinderCare. They have created a welcoming and supportive environment that has made the move to a new school seamless for our daughter. We highly recommend their services to other families in the area!

My daughter has been attending Hershey KinderCare since 2020. We pulled my daughter because I became a Teacher at Hershey KC. We had 1 Twos class & I was the teacher, my daughter couldn’t be in my class. We brought her back when she turned 4. My daughter has learned so much every time she’s at KC! I’m shocked by how much she’s actually learned! I now have a One year old at KinderCare too! I love watching my babies learn!! Miss Ashley R, Miss Caitlyn, Miss Cy, and Miss Alexie are all Great One year old teachers! I’ve watched them teach and comfort my little one! He’s learning SO FAST!! My five year old is ready for Kindergarten!!! Miss Laqasia and Miss Payton worked Wonders on their PreK class!! My children LOVE being at school! Their Teachers are their Chosen Family 💗 Angelica and Bailey are a Great Team as Assistant and Center Directors! Angelica has been with KC for 11 years!! And Bailey is new to KC but has learned an awful lot and we Love being apart of her Childcare Journey!! They have truly brought the Center back to it Original SHINE!!! I am Proud to be a KinderCare Mama!

We have been at KinderCare for almost a year now. We love how responsive Kresta and Angelica are when we communicate via the message board. Both women love this center, the kids and their teachers. We know our daughter is taken care of, is loved and is being taught well in this facility. We are thankful for KinderCare and the safety it provides. They really are a group of people who love what they do and do it well regardless. Thank you KinderCare! We are grateful for you!

Very inaccurate balances. Always giving different numbers when it came to what was owed. My kids ended up being taken out because of a balance i tried to pay multiple times. I had no access to app to be able to pay and got the bad end of it. Now i have no daycare and a balance I'm unable to pay. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Very messy, kids were always in a different rooms, dirty and some teachers had horrible attitudes. No organization whatsoever. Poor communication. And lack of interest to fix any mistakes. 👏🏻
