My children have been attending this facility for few years. This facility feels like home and a family. I was sad my oldest wasnt able to stay bc of schooling but they still ask about her and shower her with love when they see her. If I ever have any concerns the director is Kathy is amazing at answering question, handling concerns and in a timely fashion. And that makes all the difference. As parents we blindly trust child care centers because we have work or school and cant keep them home but this facility has been super amazing. My children have thrived. The staff is amazing, caring and loving. The facility is clean. Love the fish tank and family movie nights and pretty much all the activities that are family oriented they host. Keep up the amazing work.

Our children have been enrolled at this Kindercare daycare since 2021, and our experience has been consistently positive. The environment is nurturing, well-structured, and genuinely centered on the children’s well-being. The staff demonstrate professionalism, patience, and sincere care, which gives us great confidence as parents. We are grateful for the support they provide and would highly recommend this daycare without hesitation.

I LOVE My Kindercare family at Suwanee!!! I have been apart of this facility for 6 years and I am so thankful we found another home for our boys. Every staff has been amazing and I know that comes from the wonderful treatment of Ms.Kathy, Ms, Tremeka, and Ms. Bethany! I have watched them support their entire staff and every teacher works together. Ms Allison and Ms. Joanne are INCREDIBLE!!! I am so happy to be apart of My Kindercare Family!!!!

Kindercare is awesome! Ms. Joanne and Ms. Allison are amazing teachers. They really care about the kids and understand them so well. My son is having the best year ever because of them. I totally recommend this place.

Hey everyone, My son started at this Pre-K program back in August. He was excited to go to school, but he does have some trouble expressing his feelings and what he wants to say. The director there, Kathy, seems like a really rude and unprofessional person. I've talked to the regional office too because Ms. Kathy never responds to emails. When I asked her about it, she said she "doesn't really look at those," which I thought was so unprofessional - especially since my kid goes to that school! A director should never say they don't check their emails. That just makes the whole school look bad. I'm in university right now and got a grant to help pay for aftercare for my kids. But my son hasn't been able to go to aftercare because of some behavior issues. 1 understand to an extent, but he's improved so much since starting in August. Yesterday I asked the director if my son could start going to aftercare again. She said no and that she needs to talk to the Pre-K coordinator and teachers first. Then when I messaged her on the KinderCare app, she told me no and that "we" don't think he's ready yet. But when I asked the teachers, they said Kathy never even talked to them! My son's teachers actually went to Kathy and said more than what I had asked. So then Kathy called me super upset. I told her to call back when she calms down. But then she just got more upset. I told her l don't like hearsay and that's why l asked the teachers directly. She was so mad, even though she had already said no twice. And she said it was her final decision, even though the message said "we". After all this, I really don't recommend this place for kids with special needs or ones in therapy.
