Our family loves all of the amazing teachers at Kids R Kids! We have experienced great communication with teachers and administration during our time here. Both of my boys have always LOVED going to school. Would definitely recommend as we have experienced nothing but quality care!
I can't say enough good things about KRK. from day one the staff as well as management has been incredibly welcoming, patient and caring not just with my 2 children but with me as a parent too, its clear that they truly love what they do. The Environment is clean, safe and thoughtfully organized. My children look forward to going to school everyday and they both come home happy, well-fed and often talking about something new they learned at school that day. the communication from the staff as well as the management team is excellent. Thank you for all you do!
I would strongly caution parents considering this daycare. My child has experienced repeated issues that have not been addressed by staff or management. • Bullying and physical aggression (being hit and pushed) were ignored by staff and never addressed. • My child was left crying for over 20 minutes during nap time while staff stood talking instead of comforting him. • A staff member was observed kissing another child, which is highly inappropriate. • I was told a classroom was “full” when there were only three children inside. • Hand, foot, and mouth disease spread through the center, yet parents were never notified in writing. Staff failed to properly sanitize toys or the facility, and toddlers’ hands are not consistently washed before eating or after diaper changes. These are serious health, safety, and supervision issues that go against basic childcare standards. I expected a safe, nurturing environment, but instead found a lack of accountability and disregard for children’s well-being. I hope this review encourages management to take immediate corrective action, and helps other parents make informed decisions. I emailed management about these issues and they NEVER responded or even acknowledged receiving my email.
I’m writing this not to be harsh but to help other parents make informed decisions. My son attended Kids R Kids for over two years, from infancy to age 3½. In the beginning, he thrived—his teachers loved him, and he enjoyed his friends and routine. The problems began when he moved to a new classroom around age 3. At the same time, he was adjusting to potty training, a new teacher, a larger class (16–17 kids with mostly one teacher), and seeing his close friends move on to another class. He struggled with all these changes, and instead of being supported through the transition, his behavior was treated as a major problem. We started receiving frequent calls to pick him up, with reports that exaggerated normal toddler behaviors—like “punching” or “throwing chairs” when he was really just acting out like many overwhelmed toddlers do. Communication from administration was inconsistent, and they never offered proof or context. Eventually, the staff began treating my son as if he was a burden, and I was even handed a brochure for a “special needs” intervention program, which was inappropriate and deeply hurtful. After consulting a child psychologist, we were told there was nothing wrong with our son and that the center mishandled the situation. Once we withdrew him, he immediately began to thrive again at his new school. In fairness, many of his teachers were kind and genuinely cared about him, but the administration’s lack of training, communication, and compassion made what should have been a supportive environment feel punitive. Our experience left us disappointed and heartbroken. Kids R Kids needs to do better—for their teachers, parents, and most importantly, the children in their care.
I love this school my children have been here since babies. Even when I moved, I still kept the same location because there is nothing like comfort while you’re working of knowing your children are safe, clean and under great supervision. The curriculum is awesome. Everyone always notices how advanced my children are. The teachers are great. The school has a family vibe to it. I would never think of bringing my children anywhere else. Peace of mind is priceless. My children love their teachers I get this school at 10 out of 10 if I could 10 bring the best
