PARENTS PLEASE READ!!!!! If I could give less stars I would. Do not send your child here. Ms. Nina and Ms. Goldberg lie. they are not who they say they are. Please know that I am writing this for the best interest of your child. The staff does not care about your children the way they should. The staff here constantly yell at the children and literally have a time out for the kids being "bad". Instead of talking to them through the mistakes they yell at little kids who do not even have the ability to understand yet at their age. Ms. Nina and Ms. Goldberg turn a cheek to it because they do not want their precious center to be shut down. Their center is already close to being shut down. I heard they leave teachers with too many kids in the room and even saw it myself when I came in to their being one teacher and way to many kids in the room. That is unsafe. If you want your child truly loved and nurtured this is not the place for your kids.
The team at Kindercare Wyomissing are truly some of the best in the business. Our son has been there for around 7-months now and watching his development blossom and explode with the care they offer him has been such a pleasure. I, myself, am an "alumni" of this location and I'd like to think I turned out pretty great. It has been and continues to be a pleasure to work with Ms. Goldberg, Ms. Nina, Ms. Vanessa, and all of the teachers that our little guy has - they are all so, so gracious and great to our little guy!
I want to give a huge shout out to Simonina Hale the director at Kindercare in Wyomissing. My son was recently diagnosed with autism. He was struggling at his other daycare so I switched him to KinderCare. I must say we have had the most amazing experience there; his pre-k teachers are amazing specially with his morning melt downs. This morning Ms. Nina seen Yovani upset when we walked in and she asked me if there is anything she can do and I told her all he wants is printer paper. Yes printer paper π but she jumped right in and asked if he would help her and got him printer paper. Yovani said I want ms Nina to clam me down and she was right there took his hand we said our byes and she went with him to get markers. I left to work knowing my son was okay he was safe and they take the needs of my son very seriously. I use to leave his old daycare crying wondering if he was okay or if they were helping him clam down. This isnβt the first time she did this for me I just want to express my gratitude for her and his teachers She is amazing she puts her heart and sole into the kids there and Iβm so glad we made the switch. There is not one moment that goes by that I think is my son okay. Thank so much Ms. Nina β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈπππ
Amazing! Hands down incredible. At first I was terrified to leave my child in the care of someone else, especially living in todayβs world where it is stressful enough but KinderCare of Wyomissing has been my comfort and stability that my child needs! I know my child is in incredible hands and safe!u child does many activities, her belly is full with their meals, and she leaves with a smile! The staff is so nurturing and so easy to communicate with! They are on the same page and help me keep my child on track! Highly recommend!!!!
Our son is now 3.5 and we've had great experiences this whole time at the Wyomissing KinderCare. The staff and teachers are wonderful. We credit them with his awesome socialization skills, early education and potty training completion. We couldn't have imagined his successful growth at any other facility.
