I enrolled my 6m old son in the daycare because my older kids went to Kindercare growing up. By the time he was 7.5 months I had taken him out. There has been a significant change in the schools. The director was allowing her staff to walk around the school with socks on going in and out of the infants room. Allowing toddlers from another classroom to walk in and on toys in the afternoon in the infants room. Knowing the babies crawl, put everything in their moths and play on the floor. All the babies noses would be running I even would offer to wipe them dry because what are y'all doing? They hire a young girls in the infants room one lady looked a mess everyday I didn’t want her holding my son she wouldn’t even comb her hair, very unprofessional and had me so uncomfortable. My son hands and feet would be cold some days and socks would be off when I picked him up and the staff would say oh mom he pulled his socks off I’m like ok put them back on it’s 10 degrees outside. There was no curriculum or daily updates on learning activities for the babies. I would catch the staff on their phones leaving the babies unattended. Another parent and myself even saw a mouse run into kitchen wall. The kitchen door was always open so unsanitary. The director would mostly be sitting at her desk or running in and out the kitchen with food to eat at her desk. They were even giving my son another babies pacifier, it was so many red flags in there I had to take my son out. The director was so unprofessional when I would complain she asked me if I’m so unhappy why do I bring my son? The whole time I was looking for a new school with cameras. My son eyes would be so swollen and red from crying all day he would be so happy to get pick up he would cry. As soon as he started the new school he hasn’t cried from me leaving nor when I pick him up he is just happy I’m so glad I got my son out of this center. When they would see me coming they would hurry up and try to d other right thing not knowing I had a daycare so I know everything! I do not recommend this location.
I recently returned to work after maternity leave, and finding the right daycare for my 2-month-old daughter was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had to make. Fortunately, enrolling her in this daycare has made the transition much smoother than I ever expected. From day one, Director Maria Vargas and the entire staff have shown such care, professionalism, and understanding. As a new mom again after 16 years, leaving my infant in someone else's care was incredibly emotional, but the warm welcome and constant communication from the team gave me peace of mind. They’ve been attentive to my daughter’s needs and incredibly supportive of mine as well. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of the children in their care. I’m so thankful to have found a place where I feel confident and comfortable leaving my daughter each day. Highly recommend this daycare for any parent, especially those navigating the early return to work!
Moving to a new state is never easy, especially with twins, but KinderCare on 80th Avenue truly made the transition so much smoother for our family. After visiting several other daycares and feeling unsure, I called KinderCare, and Maria answered the phone. From the moment she spoke, her warm and welcoming tone immediately put me at ease. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and with such confidence that I instantly felt reassured. What made the moment even more special was when Maria shared that she is also a twin—it felt like a sign that we had found the right place. Since enrolling, KinderCare 80th has been nothing short of amazing to both my twins and me. The care, communication, and genuine kindness from the staff have exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful we found them.
I have been incredibly impressed with the care and attention provided by 80th Avenue KinderCare. My daughter Olivia has been attending since she was just 3 months old, and I couldn't be happier with the nurturing environment she's been in. Danielle, the director, is truly passionate about what she does, and it shows in every aspect of the center. Her dedication to ensuring the well-being and development of each child is commendable. Merry, the assistant director, is equally wonderful. Her warmth and kindness have made us feel like part of a family from day one. The staff at KinderCare go above and beyond to create a stimulating and safe environment for the children. Olivia has thrived under their care, and I've seen her grow and learn in so many ways. The communication between the staff and parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved in Olivia's day-to-day activities. I truly appreciate the attention to detail in everything from the educational curriculum to the cleanliness and organization of the facility. It's evident that the team at KinderCare genuinely cares about the children they serve. I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful experience Olivia has had at 80th Avenue KinderCare. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for exceptional care for their child. Thank you to Danielle, Merry, and the entire staff for everything you do!
The best director and assistant director ever. My son has been going there for two years now we love it! I highly recommend sending your children here!
