This daycare is AMAZING!!! If you want to feel like you are dropping your child off with family, this is the place to go! My daughter has been here almost her whole life and every classroom has been great! The teachers are all wonderful in different ways! She is currently in the 4’s preschool classroom, couldn’t be happier about the curriculum & she will definitely be advanced starting Kindergarten next fall! Seriously love ❤️ this place & everyone here!!!

We had an incredible experience at KinderCare North Schaumburg for a little over two years. We loved the activities and the way the center engages families and caregivers as part of a close-knit community. They're very organized and detail-oriented, which brings HUGE peace of mind to those of us with little ones. Although we left KinderCare a few months ago when our kiddo started "big kid" school, there's not a day that goes by when he doesn’t shout out, "I love you, KinderCare! I miss you!" every time we drive past. He still talks about the teachers and remembers the directors fondly. I was always impressed by the leadership’s involvement—not only in each child's development but also in the extra effort they put into being present and playing an important role in the children’s daily lives. Our kiddo still misses the food and the fun. Honestly, I miss them too—now I have to pack lunch every day, haha. From the bottom of my heart, I highly recommend KinderCare!

I will just be honest, if you care about your child's well-being, I wouldn't send them to this location- we not only experienced discrimination but unsanitary and negligence towards our child. They are short staffed and one of the teachers used profanity language in front of my child and my child came home and told me about it. The director didn't mention anything to us and we just assessed the situation for few days and noticed change in the care and my child started to refuse to go to daycare out of nowhere. Oh not to mention, some of the teacher(s) like to talk behind the parents when the parent request something, (because I overheard it). AGAIN, all of this starts with the director(s).

We had two kids go through the center, seeing every classroom, and always had a terrific experience. You can tell the teachers and staff really care and put the kids first. There's always something for the kids to look forward to, with frequent parties and events, cooking classes, phonics classes, etc. Highly recommend!
