Erica & the West Schaumburg KinderCare Team Have always been phenomenal. I have had all three of my kids there for the last 7 years and the have been so respectful, nurturing, and caring to my family. They are open and honest with feedback and always have great ideas and plans to help when your child is moving between milestones or new behaviors. I highly recommend them!

Our family absolutely loves the teachers and staff at this KinderCare facility. We’ve been part of this center for the past two years, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The directors and teachers are incredibly engaged and communicative — we always feel informed about what’s going on with our son each day. The level of support and feedback we receive is outstanding. Whether it's updates on his activities or how he's doing emotionally, we always feel in the loop. The directors truly listen and take immediate action when any issues arise, ensuring that our son feels safe, supported, and happy — which gives us so much peace of mind while we're at work. We've never encountered any of the negative experiences mentioned in other reviews. In fact, it's quite the opposite — the environment is fun, warm, and engaging, and our child genuinely looks forward to going every single day. We’re so grateful to have found such a caring and professional team. Highly recommend!

This KinderCare location is the best location! Always clean! Very organized! Would recommend to everyone! My kids have been going here since they weee little!

I wish I could give less than a 1 star. Back in September a teacher put her hands on my son and was seen by 2 other staff members being rough with him. She grabbed my son aggressively/roughly sitting him in a chair and grabbed my son aggressively to line him up causing his head to hit the wall. This experience has been so traumatizing for him and my family. I thought the situation was handled, but it wasn’t. The teacher is currently employed with this center and I am worried for the safety of other children. If you do not have patience or love for working with kids, then you do not belong in childcare. Parents trust staff members to take care of their children with love and respect and unfortunately that was not my son’s experience. Management needs to do better on protecting all children in their care and holding their teachers accountable.

My son was 4 when we started, and the first few months were fine. But after that, I kept getting calls every day to pick him up because he wasn’t listening. It was overwhelming, and I couldn’t work normally. One of the teachers was always complaining, and it caused me a lot of stress. Then somebody called to say that if it continued, my son would be suspended. No one seemed able to handle my 4-year-old—it was frustrating! The only person who could manage him was Miss Kim. She kept the kids busy with lots of projects. She’s amazing, and I want to thank her. Also, the rooms needed updating; the toys were old and dirty, and the rugs were filthy.
