I’ve been in the U.S. for less than three months, and I’m not sure if I can fully express my gratitude in English. I have two children, aged 11 and 5, and my younger one currently attends this preschool. Both of my children previously attended high-quality private preschools in Korea at a similar price point, so I had fairly high expectations. I can honestly say that this center offers a level of care and structure that is just as good as what we experienced back home. The teachers here are incredibly loving and attentive. At first, I was a bit disappointed to hear that Connecticut state regulations allow two teachers for every 20 children. However, when I visited the center in person, I was relieved to find that, thanks to part-time staff, the actual teacher-to-child ratio is much lower than I expected. This allows the teachers to provide more individual care and attention, and I’ve been truly impressed by their thoughtful and attentive teaching. I also deeply appreciate the experienced manager at this center. When my son was having a hard time adjusting to a new country and began showing some challenging behaviors, I often found myself in tears, unsure of what to do. Each time, the manager offered me strong, thoughtful guidance that helped us overcome those difficulties. Her support has meant so much to our family. Because of the trust I’ve built in this preschool, I’ve decided not to send my child elsewhere for summer camp, but to continue with this center. In summary, while the facility itself may look a bit older, what really matters is the quality of care—and this place has a team of experienced and dedicated teachers that parents can truly rely on. I highly recommend this preschool.

Our son has been going to KinderCare for about three months, and we really love it so far. The teachers are super sweet and caring, and he seems really happy every day when we drop him off and pick him up. It’s a great place with a good vibe, and we feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands.

My son has attended North Haven Kindercare since he was 3 months old, now at 2 years old. He has loved every minute there, has a blast with his countless friends, and the socialization is incredible for him. They help bring out his incredible personality and encourage his curiosity and beginning his education. The staff are incredible with him, always ensuring he is well cared for. Update - May 12, 2025 - Now over 3 years old, my son has attended this daycare for 3 years and has blossomed incredibly while there. He was speech delayed and between the staff here and the Birth to 3 Program he will talk your ear off now. He is well loved and has tons of friends, they follow a curriculum- teaching basic alphabet, numbers, counting, both in English and Spanish, also sign language. While expensive - it is incredibly worth the expense!

KinderCare is very nice and welcoming. Both my boys have been here since they were babies and I’ve never had a problem. I appreciate all the teachers for taking good care of my children and for treating them as their own.
