We love the team at westlake KinderCare and have had a very positive experience for our boys there! The staff go above and beyond to make it a welcoming environment for both the parents and the children. It is not easy to have someone else watch your child, especially a baby, especially your first baby! The managers and teachers are very understanding and supportive of the tough transition from maternity leave to back to work. The teachers keep you updated throughout the day on the app of how your child is doing and they are very responsive if you have any concerns. They will personalize your child’s care to keep their schedule as similar to home as possible. They follow a curriculum that changes themes monthly and have taught my boys so much! The managers are very organized and hard working. They have seasonal events that are well attended. There is great rapport between parents and families at the center as well. They say it takes a village and we are truly so grateful to have westlake KinderCare as part of ours!
My daughter has thrived since starting at Kindercare Westlake. I love the curriculum, as well as the fun activities that they offer for the kids. The staff is wonderful! I highly recommend Kindercare Westlake!
We have had a wonderful experience with sending both of our children to the Westlake KinderCare. Ms. Diana and Ms. Ayleen in the infant room have been so nurturing and patient as our babies adjusted to a new daily routine of no longer being at home. Our toddler has loved getting to know his teachers, Mr. Greg, Ms. Maja, and Ms. Juanita. They have done such a terrific job of balancing activities that are both fun and educational for this age group and we are so impressed with what he is learning at such a young age. They also have a great management team with Ms. Keri and Ms. Bridgette, who are very organized and responsive to any concerns you may have. We are happy to be a part of the KinderCare family and are so grateful for all that these teachers do for our little ones!
my cousins baby got his fingers broken and was bitten multiple times by the same baby, when asking staff what happened they gave multiple different stories and didnt seem to even know, she asked to see the camera footage (since they do have cameras in every room) and they said they were broken. which it is against the law for these cameras to be broken since they’re supposed to be watching kids and obviously these kids are not being kept safe. no kid should ever have to be scared to go into a facility where theyre supposed to be kept safe and being watched at all times. please do not send your kids here, it is a terrible daycare n they do not care about these kids at all.
