My daughter started at Primrose School of Avon in 2019. I currently have 3 children who now attend Primrose School of Westlake and we have had an amazing experience. I love the quality of education and care that my children receive!
My girls have been going to Primrose for a few years and currently in their Pre-K program. It has been a fantastic experience and cannot say enough about the teachers and staff. I feel like they have prepared my girls well for upcoming kindergarten in the fall. We will miss them greatly as we head off to kindergarten.
I spoke to the school who advised they had an opening immediately for my children. I left work drove toured & signed documentation that same day and drove back to work. Within an hour they called and said they had a teacher walk out and they could no longer accept child into school. Very disappointing interaction & experience. I by no means was not confused on the location & I most certainly did receive a phone call advising exactly what was stated above so I’m thankful to have learned that you as a owner are unprofessional & a liar and the lie was a blessing in disguise to not have my child work with an unethical and unprofessional “adult”. It’s very sad, disgusting, and disheartening. Also we were not kicked out of any previous school I personally pulled both of my children and we left due to a teacher becoming physical with a 4 year old child and police report documentation was filed and provided to you guys directly so maybe you guys are the ones confused by chance? True blessing in disguise to have not moved forward with this location 🙏
We love Primrose School of Westlake! The staff are so kind, attentive, and get to know each and every child, regardless of their classroom. They are very well organized and professional. The school itself is clean and has many safety protocols in place. I trust the Primrose Westlake team entirely and feel so grateful knowing that my daughter is in the very best of hands!
We were so happy that we chose this daycare for our son. My son hardly spoke English when he joined. Ms Stebbins and Ms Lucas took great care of him🙂. We are grateful to the entire staff of the school for their exceptional service. Their love and care broke his anxiety of shifting to a new country. My son learnt a lot here.
